    23:30 the irregular shape you can't think of any use for, they're very useful for worms, representing how their bodies expand and contract to move.

    Such a great tutorial! I found it really easy to follow. This is exactly what I needed to make my bland Primaris feel like they actually beelong in the 41st Millennium.
    Many thanks!

      No problem, and glad it helped! Yeah the primaris can feel a bit bland, but with some love and care you can make them pretty much grimdark in no time! :)

    You are pretty well known for using these roll makers, so maybe GSW would listen if you have request for related products like smaller of bigger versions.

      I tried to contact them a while ago, but never heard anything back... I think they're doing pretty well without me! :). But I wouldn't mind having a chat with them at all, if anyone has a direct link with them.

    That’s for this tutorial! I’ve been following your Instagram account for a while and LOVE your cable work! I’ll be sure to give it a try! I want to buy a set of the Green Stuff rollers, but do you have an affiliate link? I’d rather that you get a cut of the sale for your help. Cheers!

      Hi there, and thanks! No, unfortunately I don't have an affiliate link with Greenstuffworld. I might have to look into that as I refer to them so often! :)

    What gauge wire did you use to wrap the cables around?

    • @dehoofdwerker
      @dehoofdwerker  Před 2 lety +3

      I use different gauges for different thickness cables, but usually they're between 0.5mm and 1mm. I think 0.7mm is the one I use most.

    Do you need to use superglue to attach them once they've hardened?

    • @dehoofdwerker
      @dehoofdwerker  Před 11 měsíci

      Yeah, it works better that way. If you stick them in a tight space they might stay there, but usually I add a tiny bit of super glue just to make sure.

  • @Bran_Redmaw
    @Bran_Redmaw Před 11 měsíci +1

    Instead of the texture plates i saw a good video using a cheap comb to roll the green stuff cables out.

    • @dehoofdwerker
      @dehoofdwerker  Před 11 měsíci

      Yeah there's a couple of ways of doing this, this is just the one I picked up along the way :). But the comb method works great too!

  • @m-tron5966

    what type...or what wire did you specifically use ? Brand, Gauge ? 😃🥹

    • @dehoofdwerker
      @dehoofdwerker  Před rokem

      Nothing special! Just metal wire from the local hardware store. I usually have a set of gauges, so I'm not exactly sure which one went in this. But likely 1mm or 0.7mm.
