Yeah, agree. For example, when I thougth I was a pure Natural (apparently I'm a DC) I realised just how much of a difference there is between soft natural and flamboyant natural. The gap is HUGE!!?
Sarah Jessica Parker's photo with the groom is one of the few where both look totally natural and comfortable. Also Marilyn Monroe in her photos - just beautiful.
Liz Taylor's wedding journey is fascinating! Reflecting the different era's and vibes of each marriage. Starting off traditional 1950's bride, different colours and shorter dresses for subsequent weddings including a scarf headdress for her conversion to Judaism. Cute baby doll yellow for 60's wedding Burton #1, Hippy rainbow 70's wedding Burton #2, Winter fur and turban wedding then back to traditional bride in the 80's! Gotta love her😘
Thank you darling. PLEASE find us new and modern Romantic looks, I'm desperate! It doesn't have to be celebrities, just good styles for romantics without being vintage. Thanks again daer Aly.
I love Olivia Palermo’s non-typical wedding look. I’m pretty sure she’s wearing shorts under that long tulle and lace skirt and not a mini skirt, and her shoes were bright blue. She did a great job finding something different and out of the ordinary while still looking bridal. The look is about the marriage and not about the dress and I love that.
The wedding dress from the movie legend will always be one of the most amazing I've ever seen...but I like wedding dresses they are always beautiful ❤️
Sarah Jessica Parker as flamboyant natural? She's quite short with 160 cm, and also she has a bit wierd propotions as a flamboyant gamine has. I think she's too short to be fl-nat, also she has a petite shoulder and back with short legs and quite long arms. Besides I think she has quite large head to her body (this is the very gamine propotion). I think she's quite a tipical fl-gamine, or at least gamine.
Hi Aly, could you do a video series regarding business/work wear for the different body types? As a soft natural (or at least someone who most identifies as a soft natural), it can be really frustrating when looking for business/work wear that suits my body without making me look too casual for a work/formal/business setting.
I am absolutely stunned by the beauty of Audrey Hepburn's dress. The sleeves are amazing for her. But there were so many other gorgeous dresses also, for example I really liked the fit of Tracee Ellis Ross' dress. My favourite part of the video was the ongoing saga of Elizabeth Taylor's weddings.😀
I don't know about you but lately I got so fed up with unoriginal trends that change every 2 weeks that I've got way more into older " trends" They feel more unique and authentic
4:00 I have to disagree with Kibbe... Suppose a woman has the stature and vertical line of a "soft Natural" and the flesh type of a "flamboyant Natural" -- or that she lacks the narrowness of a "flamboyant Gamine" yet simultaneously lacks the dollish overall essence of a "soft Gamine". How would we classify such women!??
I think I would probably look best in a shorter dress, but I feel like shorter dresses never look formal enough for the formal/black tie wedding I'd like to have.
I have a hard time telling the difference between between classic and natural sometimes, especially the soft varieties. They both look "normal" to me, nothing is particularly big or small, not particularly tall or short.
Why is Elizabeth Taylor wearing my dream wedding dress. Because when I made a Pinterest playlist of wedding dresses. What I saved the most were. Top like Princess Kely and sinched waist but bigger skirt. But I never found it all in one dress.
I really like the examples of familiar people. There were definitely some I didn't like. I'm a probably soft natural who wore what I'm guessing was a soft classic dress for her wedding.
I wish i can find more about theatrical romantic because i can't find what i need the Problem is that in the middle east we dont wear what americans and europeans wear we wear more elegant more dramatic and especially more feminine clothes in The countries of the Levant countrys i really need help 🙂
I have no idea how Sarah Jessica Parker can be flamboyant natural. I've seen her once and she is super petite. I'm 162 cm (and romantic) and she was definitely shorter and more fragile looking. Kim Cattrall might be flamboyant natural, but she and SJP look totally different.
Yes, I was also confused to hear, that she should be a FN… Specially cause her Head is looking big compare to her body. For FN it’s more the oposite, the Head looks smaller. I agree with you, she can‘t be FB 😅
@@selene7134 I haven't seen Aly's long SJP analysis, but every time she mentions her, she describes her as FN. Maybe in the meantime she changed SJP category 🧐But still, to me SJP doesn't look like dramatic either
Great content Aly, but where is Kate Middleton Wedding Dress? That is officially the most talked dress of the century! And also I’ve noticed you less and less talk about the cons of the outfit, obvious missteps in creating the outfit for particular body type… like everybody looks great 🧐, which is not helpful at all.
My humble opinion -Kibbe system is best when it includes the pure types. The more, the better to me.
Definitely!
Yeah, agree.
For example, when I thougth I was a pure Natural (apparently I'm a DC) I realised just how much of a difference there is between soft natural and flamboyant natural. The gap is HUGE!!?
I am a soft dramatic. I look ridiculous, super restricted, even provocative or fatter than i actually am, in pure dramatic lines.
Sarah Jessica Parker's photo with the groom is one of the few where both look totally natural and comfortable. Also Marilyn Monroe in her photos - just beautiful.
Yes! ))

Thanks again daer Aly.
I loved Elizabeth Taylor's green dress. And Audrey Hepburn's of course 🥰
Sarah Hyland's dress was just perfect!
The two Grace Kelly dresses will always be timeless.

I love her her style. I tried to emulate but as a Romantic (unknown previously) it always looked off on me. Can only admire it
Another very good Input Aly, thanks a lot.
Thank you Darja!

Please do "old money" style for the body types

I‘m totally agree with you, who could type her as FN?! Maybe a Little Bit her vibe, but nothing else matches with FN 😳
Exactly! FN is elongation, she just doesnt have it, and her vibe is also FG in my opinion.
I am confused between soft classic, theatrical romantic, romantic & soft gamine plz make a video on these body type

Elizabeth Taylor's wedding #2 is her reception dress 👗 when they were leaving for thier honeymoon. It's not her wedding dress
Sofia Loren was with Cary Grant in that picture. This was from a movie she made with him called House Boat.
Love this! But I thought Kibbe said Rachel McAdams is not TR?
I LITERALLY needed this last year at this time -- so badly that I scoured your channel to see if you had ever made it
14:00 looks like the Cate Blanchett's dress except looser. I think that's what makes it so perfect for FN.
And Just what did Aly wear?
❤JESUS SAVES❤
Thank you
Thank you Fairuza!

The black dress 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
We want more!!!!

15:49 I can *definitely* imagine recommending that for a "flamboyant Natural"!
elizabeth taylors boho dress is quite like a hanfu, a traditional chinese clothing
I think a good example for a wedding dress on Rachel McAdams is the red one her character wears in About Time.
19:17 Audrey was far too tall to be a "soft Gamine". She BARELY fell short of 5'7"! (Besides, she had the narrowness of a "flamboyant Gamine". )
Love this! Thank you
we want more reviews !! very nice video
3:31 the scared kid here thou😂
I really like the examples of familiar people. There were definitely some I didn't like. I'm a probably soft natural who wore what I'm guessing was a soft classic dress for her wedding.
Ohh ohh I have an idea 💡 Can you look at tatoo styles and placement for types? I'm a SD and patterns and clutter are not a good look on me ya know?
17:39 Are you sure that wouldn't look better on a "soft Dramatic"??
I wish i can find more about theatrical romantic because i can't find what i need the Problem is that in the middle east we dont wear what americans and europeans wear we wear more elegant more dramatic and especially more feminine clothes in The countries of the Levant countrys i really need help 🙂
Also Monica's wedding dress in friends is perfect for dramatic classics I feel
My humble opinion to make video on body type of bollywood heroines n their face shape type
20:11 she said that so abruptly and too fast.
Hey Aly, do you offer private consultations regarding body type and Colour season?
2:23 Wouldn't that dress look better on a "flamboyant Gamine" than a standard Dramatic??
9:20 That's the sort of wedding dress I can imagine recommending for a Romantic!
10:28 That looks like a style for "theatrical Romantics".
12:24 That looks suitable enough for Romantics.

More like FG i think
She said before that SJP is dramatic despite not being that tall. I remember distinctly she did quite a long analysis of SJP
@@selene7134 I haven't seen Aly's long SJP analysis, but every time she mentions her, she describes her as FN. Maybe in the meantime she changed SJP category 🧐But still, to me SJP doesn't look like dramatic either
WHY IS ALL THE CLASSIC BODY CLOTHES SOOOOOOO BORING? UGHHH!😖
Bealtful artistas com alyona, ok!

Famouse wedding dress without kate middleton dress?? I think her dress is the most famouse wedding dress ever
If like to see alys opinion on that too. And meghan markles dress as well
Also Lady D. I think she's a dramatic? And is kate a dramatic classic?
4:39 Grace Kelly would've looked better in a wedding dress like this one. Her own gown looked more appropriate for a "soft Natural"...
I feel the same way about the dress at 4:51.
It is so hard finding wedding dresses for soft gamines, gamines in general tbh.
21:16 geeze that's one way to put it cruelly.
Classic-Kate Middleton! One of the best wedding dresses ever.
Don't think she's a classic tho. Probably some type of dramatic
I think she is a Flamboyant Natural, just not as wide as most FN's.
Agreed!
The second lady don't look good in that dress. 2:41. Looks very offf in my opinion.
I kinda feel for Marion Cotillard, she seems to make everything wrong outfit wise for her body type most of the times 😅
Great content Aly, but where is Kate Middleton Wedding Dress? That is officially the most talked dress of the century! Your right! Olivia Palermo looks like she was on the way to the gym and threw a tool skirt over her gym clothes
You’re very beautiful
Beautiful video ❤️💖
