Paul Gallen it's about breathing or to be exact exhaling and expelling while punching. You don't want to be taking in a breath while punching, it takes away power and when you are punching you put yourself in range to be hit youself and you dont want to be punched with lungs full of air. You don't want to be punched in the chest or torso anyway but you can take it better with contracted muscles and empty lungs.
Pretty decent 3 min training round, well done Joseph keep it up! You never see a video of Joshua doing a 3 minute round. His trainer stops him regularly after a couple of bursts to give him a blow.

For a heavyweight his is movement is good and varied jab is real nice. Work rate against Hughie (who tends to fight off the backfoot) could be key. Of course Hughie is taller, and has significant reach advantage so will have to pick his 'entry points' and decide to; jab with him, or counter off a lazy jab. Parker doesn't carry huge power, but he puts shots together well. Good luck to him.
If jp wins convincingly then aj should fight him next end of story.
Looks good but hes going to have to get used to punching a good bit higher hitting AJ and that's tough to do for long periods.

Whoever was hitting the bag in the background was hitting harder! Haha. I like Parker but the title of the video is wrong haha. I give him the edge Saturday, should be a pretty good fight. But neither hughie or Joseph are big punchers. It's going to be tough for them if they go up against Joshua or Wilder but I am excited for their fight in a few days!

Fury fight shows parker has power and hand speed but he needs to have a plan B for a runner defender fighter who is hard to hit and awkward, Fury's foot speed was faster than Joes so there's a work on. Im a big fan of Joe, so Im hoping he works on these things, Im sure he will

Technically and talent wise Parker is much better than AJ. Joshua as the power but gets hit so often because of his rigidity and lack of head movement. Im still undecided on the outcome but edging towards Parker a week out

Id agree woth that. Parker has all the talent in the world (well compared to todays heavyweights) but his head isnt there just yet. When the gameplan doesnt work he gets a bit lost goes into his shell and loses rounds or walks in swinging and gets tagged.
No way is fury gonna hurt Parker but hes an awkward fighter and could frustrate him into a points decision.
