Dragons played well, but Doggies had more points in their attack. Breath of fresh air after many years languishing at the bottom half of the ladder.
The Dogs are the most exciting team in league at the moment. Love watching them.

But - weirdest stat from Vossy during the game - Australia won gold in the men’s team pursuit cycling. Which we won in 1984 then again in 2004 and now 2024.
Dogs won premierships in 1984, 2004 and who knows…the way we’re playing, getting better each week. I have to admit it’s a long shot, but we’re in the fringe of the conversation.

Biggest concern for me with the Dogs was attack but I'm glad they have proven me wrong there gonna be a headache for teams in the finals.

I think he meant Canterbury were defending well but attack wasn't the best, which is a fair point.
Since the Brisbane game, it's been on point.
I believe the attack has always been there, but Ciraldo and Burto have admitted in post game interviews, that they would rather defend their try line and deprive teams of points, than to score a try.
But I also had my reservations on the dogs attack, I believe with Jason Taylor as attacking coach, they’ve slowly been given the green light to throw the ball around a bit, in a conservative manner, but they are rapidly turning their defence into counter attacking opportunities and very confident in keeping their conceded points to a low. It’s no wonder they are the second best defensive team in the competition. Can’t wait to see how they go if they (should) make September.

@RobinAiwatiNadile they are not better than the 85,95 and 04 teams but they are almost as good as the 2012 team and are definitely better than the 2014 team.
