ISSUE#0.3 - Arcane, AI and my place in-between

- Its been a complicated week, which I attempt to unpack and explain here.
Be aware, this is an unedited straight to camera piece. And as such, many of the things I talk about here I don't do a great job of explaining how I really feel. But I will cover most of these things individually and in greater depth at a later point.

Might not be much help pal, but hope you know there are people who love the work you do, even me personaly, ive only known you for a short while but the work ive seen you do and the passion you have in making something is fantastic. The small details you put into your work ive seen are brilliant, as to me, there is always some little details that others might not add, but you do, that just add a that little bit of story telling and world building to the work you create.
Do what makes you happy mate, here to listen to your tangenets whenever you need to vent...
Thanking ye kindly my good man. And while I do appreciate that people like my work, you know as much as anyone how much I struggle to get the results I get. Like I say, there has been a turn around, one I am not entirely through yet, but I'll carry on, slowly on the path, and see where it goes...

@@neilgooge do it mate even when I was at marvel and dc I felt not good enough or disheartened, I got through it by still trying to do good work but not be as hard on yourself and learn to let stuff go.
AI generated images ARE garbage!!! And I agree, but people don't care, and that sucks. I watched Arcane, I don't remember being blown away, maybe I should watch again... I LOVED Nimona on Netflix. If Welcome to Caliber Bay contains a fraction of your heart and passion, it has to be (at the worst) good!!!
The problem is I don't AI is technically garbage, i think its garbage in its core. But most people either don't see that or don't care.. As I say, it's very pretty looking garbage ;) Just like a robot, you can make it look pretty but it lacks depth or, for want of a better word, soul.
As for Arcane, to be fair I could have picked far better examples of why its worth trying. Akira certainly being one... But Arcane was the one Netflix suggested in amongst its catalogue of garbage. And so watching it again, especially given the week I'd had, it hit hard. I could list a few others, even on Netflix that would have hit as hard, if not harder, Delicious in Dungeon, One Punch Man, Dorohedoro, Mob Psycho... and more recently Scavengers Reign (well worth a watch). And that's just on Netflix.
As I say, Arcane is certainly not flawless, but compared to the sea of absolute garbage we are handed these days, Arcane is bordering on a masterpiece... in my opinion of course ;) :D
Anyway, I do appreciate the comment and the encouragement, and here's hoping I can at least deliver something entertaining at the very least :)
