    Calling the doctor can be intimidating, being prepared and utilizing the ISBAR system can help you feel more confident.

      You're absolutely right! Calling the Doctor is somewhat intimidating especially during night shift bc Doctors are usually sleeping and they dont like to be disturb

    I like how she responded to the doctor after she hung up the phone. I thought she was going to be like: "Okay that's 20mg of Lasix now...hello...hello?"

    In Asia we are not being taught to recommend anything to Doctors. We can only report the abnormal findings.😅😅😅
