- Tonight I went live with @DutyRon to discuss the heart-wrenching details we learned from today's release of the PCA by the Hillsborough Superior Court in Manchester, NH regarding the disappearance of 5 year old Harmony Montgomery and the charges against her biological and custodial father, Adam Montgomery. Adam's trial starts in November, 2023.

Joy, thanks for coming over here and watching again! Yes, there absolutely will be more evidence produced at trial. Typically the probable cause affidavit only has enough evidence to show that the defendant “likely” committed the crime in order to make an arrest. In my opinion, this affidavit is especially detailed and damning - not to mention horrific- far stronger than some others we have seen in other notable recent cases.

Adam is pure evil
In the beginning of this episode it was mentioned that a man did step forward. I believe his name was Mark. After witnessing Harmony having to clean the 🚽 toilet with a toothbrush 🪥 and seeing her black eyes 👀 he did call the police.
