New April 2015 pensions rules. Do people understand them?

High50 takes to the streets to ask people whether they know that from 6 April 2015 they can take their pension as a lump sum.

You can spend it all buy a condo. Then once you have no income the government will pay all your bills. That's what they do in America anyway. Rules are no income then eligible for all sorts of free stuff!
