Ok. I have one, just hit 725 mile mark on odometer today. Issues? None, only 1 flat tire, got tube replacement on Amazon. I have gotten up to 38 on mine and I weigh 167. Seat is comfortable if your under 200lb, over and it hurts.I just got pulled over by a guy today stating how cool it was and never seen anything like this before. Brakes are weak but serviceable. Who is it for? someone who wants to have fun and don't mind getting a lot of looks. As an older guy do I look silly on it, yes, but I don't care it's a blast. It's speed really picks up in the mid range. Believe me 35 on something this size is a little Shakey, but I feel safer on this than my scooter.
I have an 8 mile round-trip commute on small urban back streets. This works

Ya, I have a Phantomgogo and 15MPh seems a little frightening. I guess the extra power means you can go up hills faster. Just because a bike can go 34 doesn't mean you have to go 34.

I believe you mist an important specification as in what would be the type of battery, as in Lithium? not sure?
It is lithium no way it could be any other type based on size and capacity

I can't believe it's the same weight as my 750 zooz urban ultralight you would know this question is the Roadrunner quicker of the start than the zooz 750?
Haven't tested them side by side but my initial thought is that the Zooz would be quicker off the line

The roadrunner right now on the website still doesn’t have hydraulic brakes. They have hybrid hydraulic brakes which is a gimmick. They are still mechanical disc brakes, don’t let the wording fool you into think these come with real hydraulic brakes. For 1800$ these should come with real hydraulic brakes.
The hybrid hydraulic brakes work well. After adjusting I can lock up the wheels with very little grip force at any speed.

Should be able to get it up and down stairs easily if you remove the battery as it's probably half the weight.

It needs a cargo basket between the frame bars.

How do you know if you’re in R mode or I mode? Will it show on the LCD screen? Thanks
It's very easy to tell if you are in dual or single motor mode. Just from performance. As far as the 1-3 modes not so much because they only really effect your top speed and isn't as noticiable compared to the torque you feel from dual and single motor mode.

14" tires seem small. Twitchy handling?
Handling feels great! The low center of gravity makes this a really stable platform. Not that I take such risks., but you can actually coast no handed. You can actually lean and swivel your hips and carve almost like you are skiing slalom or something. It's really a joy. BUT! They are small tires and you are close to the ground. Any speed feels faster. It starts to feel pretty sketch at 25mph for me. And if you hit a pothole or some debris on the road at any kind of speed it will make an impact. :) If I am going on a new route I keep my speed down until I can get a better lay of the land for future trips.
Is this street legal? With that top speed does I need to be registered?
Depends on where you live most places 20mph is max speed you can go without needing a license or registration.
Needs a rack...then you could use it to go to the store, or a movie.

get a trike with a cargo cage, grandma
they should to make "Roadrunner Daddy" with 2" bigger wheels, better suspension, better tires, better battery + motors. Street tires but MTB suspension and it would qualify for some light offroadyness whereas I don't think you can do the same on the original RR with those small tires/poor suspension.

so far, all the reviewers say it sucks and your butt and head is going to take a constant pounding if you're not riding on perfectly smooth surfaces. So most video reviews are being shown riding on the most ideal surfaces. Another weird thing is all the reviewers are big and tall, riding a tiny little scooter and commenting on it. I have yet to see a person under 5'9 reviewing this scooter. Most of the reviewers are over 6 feet tall.

My man, if you're gonna being doing reviews you should at least see if it's possible for it to get close to it's stated range. Figure out a out of spec reviews type loop you could do with it to see whether or not they're wholly lying on that range. I mean I get that if you're going hard on it it's not really going to be efficient (same as any vehicle) but c'mon.

I see one issue is that this is licensed as a motorcycle in many states...registration, insurance, motorcycle endorsement.
Of course it is. When is a bicycle a mini bike. When it doesn't have pedals and a chain.
