GOING BLIND FROM TYPE 1 DIABETES | KATLYNN GOODSELL

This is the story about how I lost vision from type one diabetes. I apologize my allergies were horrible, and between that and getting emotional I was sniffling a lot.
I hope this story can raise awareness about what can happen from diabetes, not having insurance, and having a hard time affording insulin.
I thought I was invincible, and I definitely was not.
I’m sharing my story because when this happened to me I felt as though I was alone. I didn’t know anyone who I could look up to who this it happened to, and I really never felt like I could relate to anyone. So here we are!
