Goat milk tastes like Cheerio milk to me, like the milk left over after u had a bowl of cheerios. IMO best milk ever and if ur lactose intolerant it’s easier to digest!
People eat that way. So they can consume minimal calories without actually starving themselves. Your body can not work properly without nutriention. So they eat the minimum to get by.
