This confirms what I have been thinking...Brian May continued Queen because it is a life long tribute to his friend, Freddie Mercury. I suspect Roger Taylor feels the same.
John Deacon was the least flamboyant. Very shy on stage. He was close to Freddie too. He grieves differently and more privately.
God bless all three of them.
I am sure Freddie is already in blessed by God in.Heaven. OMG, Freddie was so entertaining. Darling Freddie, you were and are wonderful.

@@vap3669 I bought a Queen program for $5 (1977) which was expensive with my ticket price being $7.75. That $5 is $25 now with inflation. I still have it.
The audience always going crazy with "B.Rap." song and the lighting during the opera middle was impressive.
Freddie dancing his microphone "stick" was fun.
Freddie singing ballads while playing piano was so beautiful.
Lighting was a big deal in the show. One tour the lights were held in a huge crown that rose at the beginning of the show revealing the lighting rig.
Another tour the lights were five rectangular banks of red/green/yellow/white lights that changed position over the stage.
The audience singing during "Love of my Life".
      So great.
Brian and Roger's solos were so great.
The "News of the World" tour was epic.
Queen concerts were special. Everyone having a great time. The concerts were much more than playing music. A Queen concert was an event, a show.
      I so miss Freddie.

No can deny it made an impact on their lives.. intentionally or not..

How did he sing like that?. true showman ..
Gone yes.. but not his recordings..

Freddie was mercurial, and I think Brian misses him much more than we ever could.

Don't you wish we all could do this ? Pull up on a screen a lost lobe or friend or family member to interact with you once again ? Seeing freddie again and that voice just brings me so much emotion I don't know how Brian handles it . I would be a weeping mess lol . I love queen . What a group ...people singing bohemian rhapsody at concerts now prior to a show wow it's just such a tribute to this incredible band we are all blessed to have thier gift to us of music.

I'm a old skool biker and not afraid to say this bought me to tears.. it was Queen in the mid 70's who started me on the path.. from Queen I became a rocker, got into heavy metal and then into bikes... I will never forget Queen the root of my life..
Freddie, Brian, John and Roger.. My Heroes.

Though on projection, old friends touched. Brian as well as Roger, keeping Queen alive (and from the help of John in the recent aftermath from Freddie’s death and though for understandable personal reasons, is still a shame to no longer see him). And one tragically and so sadly missed by millions is forever gone from this world, but may be alive somewhere else and forever never forgotten. ❤❤❤
