- Ever seen a person’s weapon and assumed something about how they play? Well, you’re not alone. In fact, most weapons in TF2 hold a certain stereotype. This series of videos aims to go over some of the most well-known weapon stereotypes in TF2.
Please keep in mind that I’m not saying that anyone who uses a certain weapon is a certain type of person. These videos are for fun. Sorry if I hurt your feelings or something.

@@EzekiesAcheron actually, I think Chris is right. He multiplied the volume of the hit box. V=b•w•h, and since the Bombers hit box is 3x bigger every way around, it becomes V=3•3•3. Which equals 27. It is only 3x larger, cause 27x would be as big as the rooms in some maps. But he did the math right.

I have a few basic stereotypes for heavy weapons:
Natascha: Fuck scouts
Huo Long Heater: Fuck spies
Brass Beast: Fuck having mobility
Tomislav: Fuck rev-up time
Iron Curtain: Fuck the default skin
Stock: Fuck everything in my sights
Assault&Vinegar yeah just about
To be more accurate, the natascha one is more fuck scout mains or scouts who actually know how to run around you, and to prevent demoknights from escaping/getting near you

You can't charge, you don't kill in five hits, and you lose all 235 health in a millisecond from close-mid range.
This is very true. Particularly the stock, since basically every veteran heavy uses the stock.
There should be a bottle that adds has a drunkness bar that when full, makes demo only be able to melee for a while, but for that time, he's crit boosted, and moves faster, and reduces damage taken. The drunkness bar is filled by getting melee kills, maybe with a drunk gibberish melee kill.
Edit: came back to see that a brainstorm has brewed in the replies.
New edit: one of its downsides would be not getting shield crits. The other one is it deals less damage before it's broken. Also it inflicts bleed after its broken. And it has no random crits.
Also that sounds like a melee hybrid of the cleaner's carbine/phlogistinator and Buffalo Steak Sandvich.

@@Tumbleflop nonono, that's not great. You can't go bottleknight then. Remove the grenade launcher instead of stickies. That way, you can't go hybrid knight, and you don't have the extra speed and health of the booties.
Edit: Yes, you could sticky spam with it, but there is one problem. Stickies can't do instant damage, they need time to arm themselves. If I scout gets all up in your face, you're toast.

The extras from how it feels to play demoman give you a new way to use the quickie. This launcher is quite possibly my favourite weapon in the game for the utility that the upsides provide. If you want to get into playing demo outside of demoknight then the qbl is a great place to start.

I ended up using the Scottish Handshake for a pirate loadout. It was pretty fun using the pirate bandana, thunderstruck all-father, Scottish Handshake, Tide Turner and Loose Cannon/Peg Leg. It works kinda well, especially as a hybrid/full flexible loadout.

I typically use the Loch N Load in one scenario that I run into a lot. Sentry Nests.
If there is an engineer who just has his sentry in one spot and is just hiding there getting cheap kills. Then I'll use the faster projectile speed in order to hit more pipes and hopefully destroy the sentry before dying.

fun fact about 5:20, in 2014 they removed the damage ramp up over time a few days after adding it from all the backlash, the flashing is actually to signal that its armed and they later nerfed visibility and the overall blast radius along with moved the 2 second ramp up to the blast radius while sticky's are in the air, resetting to full when they hit the ground. they also changed the damage to be more consistent throughout the blast giving it lower max and higher minimum damage. this is either recorded a really long time before it came out or its bait to catch salty demoman mains because it shows sticky's doing full damage right after being ready

Its funny that the sticky launcher that does not do any damage is the only sticky launcher that has not fallen into a no skill weapon pit.

Fun Fact: The Iron Bomber makes it easier to connect shots because of the way it calculates its collision. Instead of having to connect with a hitbox, it's enough to hit the collision Box (big yellow Box around players)
I just want to point out to any aspiring Demoknights: The Scotsman’s Skullcutter and the Bootlegger pair pretty well together since the Bootlegger’s upside nullifies the Skullcutter’s downside.
