A small suggestion though : Kindly refrain from making jokes about issues like anxiety attacks/mental issues. It has nothing to do with rich/poor. The difference might be a rich person knows it's an anxiety attack and a poor person would only feel it without knowing what it actually is. Educate yourself solely on the content you're gonna perform!

but sometimes in life I think , we should take serious things from a less serious perspective just for a moment , that doesn't mean we should undermine real issues , comedy is just a momentary escape from harsh reality , for example when the Nazi decided to execute two prisoners through hanging instead of shooting , they joked about how miserable Nazi were for having enough bullets even in face of death, this is called gallow or dark humour

I understand this is a stand up comedy, but comedy is supposed to know where the line is and to deliberately cross it. Your stand up doesn't know where or even what the line is for some of its parts. For example, George Carlin makes fun of the way the term "shell shock" has been changed to "PTSD", then uses that as how can other serious conditions can be renamed based on political correctness. He knows what the line is (political correctness), where is it (it can get absurd), and crosses it (creating a PTSD equivalent of rape which drains the emotion out of it). That makes the joke hilarious.
Whereas, in your case, anxiety is the second most prevalent mental illness, with depression taking the first place (the places are assigned based on how many people in a given population experience it). And guess what? People who are poor are more likely to experience mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, psychosis etc. than people who are rich.
Heart murmurs can indicate that heart is not beating the way it is supposed to beat which implies potential for developing heart problems.
You've completely missed this line in some of your jokes, and sort of turned it over its head making it absurd over funny.

Maybe joking about disease is fine but saying that it's a rich people disease is stupid, it's like you have no idea about mental health and you think it is something rich people have made up. So maybe joking about a disease is okay but when the entire world is trying to spread mental health awareness and when it has just started getting acknowledged and when people have just started coming out with their mental health issues, you can't go on a stage and shame them just because you don't understand it.
