WHAT IS "NO POO"?

THE METHOD THAT WORKED FOR ME:
//Water only//
Wash hair with just water, massaging scalp thoroughly. Rinse 2-3 times consistently for 5-10 minutes. Leave to dry in towel, then air dry.
//Baking soda/apple cider vinegar//
1) Mix baking soda solution (1 tbsp to 1 cup water in spray bottle) in spray bottle
2) Spray liquid into hair, massaging into scalp as you spray. Continue until spray bottle is empty. Rinse out of hair.
3) Combine 1 part ACV to 10 parts water (use more/less as desired) and mix put into jar/container. Place entire length of hair into cup, leave for 20 seconds. Squeeze mixture back into cup and rinse hair length.
4) Pour remaining ACV in jar slowly onto top of head, massaging into scalp and length of hair as you go.
5) Rinse hair well until ACV smell is gone (or as best as you can)
SCHEDULE:
(Day 1 is day you would ordinarily wash your hair, but don't)
Day 1: Water rinse
Day 3: Water rinse
Day 5: BS/ACV
Day 7: Water rinse
Day 9: Water rinse
Day 11: BS/ACV
Day 13: Water rinse
Day 14: Water rinse
(Repeat pattern for as long as it takes)
