    I have to admit Pete, this is a much better video than first one of this toolbox mod. I have to agree with one of the guys that said it talked too much. But everybody has their own preference I suppose. I really did enjoy watching both of them. I'm going to have to do this to my kobalt toolbox. I do have a question though, instead of making this battery-powered is there a way to plug this into a 120 volt power outlet? I know nothing about electronics or just the basics. Any insight would be very helpful. Thanks again

    I think you did a great job. Been working on mine for awhile. was curious on how you keep the wire from getting tangled or cut while open and closing the drawer? i have over 40 drawers to do on my tool box, which get opened and closed over 50 times a day.

    • @aZombieToaster
      @aZombieToaster  Před 3 lety +1

      I just typed one end to the drawer going underneath then back along the frame and up the back of the wall. I plan on getting a cable protector to help protect them. I'll definitely add that to the updated tool box video I'll be doing soon.

    • @wthrse1163
      @wthrse1163 Před 3 lety

      @@aZombieToaster ok cool thanks what I'm trying figure out is the power cable to the drawer has to move with the drawer. when you push the drawer in the the cable has to go somewhere from the back of my drawer to the back wall is over 2 ft so as the drawer slides in the that 2 ft of cable has to roll backwards without get caught up most setups I've seen have used battery packs in every drawer but with 40 some odd drawers that can get expensive

      @@wthrse1163 you need to get plastic chains to hold the wire up and flex to open each drawer.
