    Veniyon (brinzel et bombli)
    1 large or 4 small aubergine ( wash, cut & soak in salted water then wash again & drain before frying)
    1 handful of bombay duck (clean, soak in water, wash well & fry)
    1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
    Salt to taste
    Few curry leaves
    1 med onion finely chopped
    1 head of garlic cut into 2
    1 med onion cut into big chunks
    1 small ball of tamarin
    1.5 tbs curry powder
    2-3 tomato blend
    Avoid putting too much water
    Corriander for garnishing🇲🇺🇬🇧❤️
