dude it’s happening nonstop. i’ve had dozens of times with people on a 35+ KDA not getting banned for cheating even though their accuracy is stupidly high impossible for the gold lobbies we’re playing

I think the aim-bot picked it up but he couldn't see anything on the screen so he didn't shoot.
I ran into a guy the other day, his name was literally “halo wall hacks” so yeah. Cheats are common 😅🤣

There's an old saying in the South... "If you find 1 cockroach, there is a thousand in your wall". This guy cheated through Platinum and had the skill of a Silver or Bronze player. Got to Diamond 2 in one day, and if he wasn't banned, he would go all the way to 2K Onyx playing like this. Like you were saying other cheaters know something about the game and it's harder to detect them. But I doubt this guy got banned. If he did, it was probably a slap on the wrist and he'll be back to make his 1 day Onyx climb. All 343 needs to do is make an anti cheat system that as soon as someone is reported, the game does a quick scan for known cheat executables. If one is found, they are hardware banned forever. Kind of like an antivirus but only looking for cheat executables. With the system getting updates as often as the game is updated. While it might not stop all cheaters, it will stop a lot of them. They don't need a human to review the game. If someone reports them for cheating and the exe for engineowning or any other cheat software is found, they are hardware banned. If they try to disconnect every game, the scan will be interrupted but will resume as soon as the player logs back on to play. They can't kill the process because the request will be server side and running in the background with very low CPU resources consumed. That's all they have to do. But they don't, because they don't care.
The worst part is 343 failed to have a in game report option and a effective anti cheat

You are 100% correct about the "smurf account" issue.... get banned make a new account, don't like your placement....make a new account, want to only play a specific tier..... make a new account, some players make one for each tier so they always have one they can use to play with friends. It will only be fixed by a complete shutdown of the player's Game Pass/XBL account not the Halo account

8:21 I don't think people want to admit this, however reporting in Halo Infinite is a pain and hassle for most to actually do, especially on the Xbox (Where it requires Edge to load).
Truthfully, he wouldn't have gotten reported unless you made a video about it, or one of the people they played against was streaming and got frustrated by it.
This happens more often than not, and a large problem with replay value in Halo Infinite is definitely this. It would have been nice if 343 were to have focused on all of these basic concepts instead of "firefight and forge community creations", but I guess they'll have to learn the harder way again.

I played a game the other day, not sure if it's possible but sidearm dude kept wrecking us, seemed the sidearm was in machine gun mode, I can't even get close to that speed, gotta be less than a second full shields.....seemed impossible to me.

i recognize many names in that eu lobby. play with them almost daily. makes me mad that this guy was ruining their games.
What's sad is this guy would still get shit on in higher tier lobbies, even with his cheats on.

Easy anti cheat is a brilliant piece of software. The moment this guy started cheating, it knew he was cheating, but it was just waiting for him to pop a new red flag that it might not know about. If he did, it would scan that red flag on different players and wave ban all of them. Easy anti cheat will give people like 5 chances to stop cheating if not, then completely software lock them out of the game.
This dude was in our group for ranked. When we seen this clip, we kicked the dude. Didn’t know the guy was using AI aimbot. Luckily I myself wasn’t in the 4 stack that day so I didn’t end up on the vid lol.
We confronted the dude the next day. And when I said “Dude, we have the receipts” he didn’t say a word and just left our party. So if anyone had any doubts of him for any reason that he ain’t cheating. No one just leaves after being confronted.
Also I looked up what he might have been using after we confronted him with the clip. He’s using an AI aimbot, meaning that the anticheat ain’t picking up the fact he’s running a cheat client. It’s actually insane.
And again, I want to elaborate. Our team DID NOT know this guy was cheating. We honestly believed we had broke the hidden MMR in infinite. If you don’t think what I’m saying in credible about me knowing all this. Run my gt through halo tracker GT vDubo you’ll see I played this 24 wins ina row. Glad that this has been made public

Thanks Cody for exposing it with facts. I guess with he came he did not want to be that obvious by straight shooting at him rather than his aimbot had issue in tracking the Spartan. His map awareness his way worse than mine, by far. And I am no more than a Platinum guy.

You would be surprised how many pll are pretending not to cheat like even going as far as checking random areas, so that on camera, it looks like they dont know whats going on or where ppl are ..its sad and they dont even need to drop alot of kills but just to make the right play at the right time to get the win, so their kda isn't over the top. Steaming and all, complete actors, its wild

I played a guy on live fire who actually had a cheat that made him able to hover and fly through the air. He could jump and fly at a speed that was faster than sprint. No grapple. Its always suspect when you lose to a bronze 2 player who gets 37 kills in one match

I was getting wall hacked last night on high plat lobbies. There's been a ton of high K/D players in ranked the past couple weeks, figuring they are all cheating. Teams winning without even competing for power weapons. I see it a lot in Team Snipers, too. Pretty ugly how much cheating is going on
I litterally had this happen to me a few weeks ago, i was recording and thought something was up, investigated and posted the results on my channel. I confronted the cheater too and he said I was bad and needed to get better xD

It's a fact that a player below 1000 matching games with or without a name with a lot of numbers, playing like a pro it's cheating... I always check them on theather and they are always walling.

First of all, SubAvg needs to get good. But for real, it's funny he and I both ran into cheaters in the same map within a couple of days. Mine was also stupidly blatant, zooming in through walls at our AFK player. Cheaters aren't just trying it out either. You have to pay for cheats, so this dude, and every other cheater, paid money to be shitty. Unfortunately, most cheaters are better at hiding it, which makes you second guess yourself. I don't even get how it's fun, but cheaters in FPS have always been around.

Cheaters are Wimps who KNOW they are Wimps. This is why we need to have full time PvE like Bot Bootcamp, it lets nonsweatfest players avoid the cheaters who then have no choice but to go against Diamond or Onyx players who WILL Tbag the cheater until they stop playing. It works. Bring back Bot Bootcamp PvE. Cheaters tripled when it was taken away by 343.

My guess is that he is that it works fine on camo players. They probably didn't want to shoot the camo player because that is just asking to get reported. Like if there was any doubt in anyone on the other teams mind, that would seal it.
Dude, I play 98 percent social matches like Super Fiesta, Quick Play, and tactical. I see this ... literally me and my husband game and we watch a player we suspect is cheating, and guess what it's super obvious every time. We can't accuse a person of server hacking this way so it's only wall hacking.. and it's rampant. I don't even understand what they gain from wall-hacking a social match ... but it's super obvious and easy to spot in theater.. I don't get it what is the gain? It's usually an account that's has like 200 matches so I assume it's a new one because the the previous has been reported.... so yeah why are they doing it ?

Cheating is subjective. Nothing is worse than matching against players who take focus enhancement meds with no job and online all day. This is just another form of unfairness

Will you look up "xCr33pShoWx"? He is currently a Plat 2. The dude intentionally throws games and loses and farms kills. His last 2 matches he and his buddy "xSavioRxSorroWx" had 276 Kills Combined and hardly any deaths. Our team consisted of a Silver 6, Gold 6, Plat 1 and Plat 3. We tied on CTF (they intentionally put it into tiebreaker to get more kills). His win % is averaging 20-30%. Idk if this dude is just an amazing Onyx smurf or cheating or both, but it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life. To have 70 and 80 kills and almost 20 assists without hardly dying. And to not just play against 1 of these punks, but 2 of them. It made me want to just uninstall Halo and never play again.

343 clearly has no intention of implementing any kind of anti-cheat. I can only assume they decided cheaters spend money in the shop and so don't want them banned.
I don't think cheaters do buy shop items. I think they are aware that there is no point buying item shops if they get caught and their account gets banned. Its a waste of money so they play with the default cosmetics. That's just my opinion.
