    as someone with ANGER problems, as soon i feel insulted or walked over or someone made a mistake and feel the psycho rage going atomic and letting hell brake loose :( i think thank you god/existance for this adversity, thank you for this pain, for this test to prove my mercy, my kindness and my compassion, do a lil prayer/meditation for them or the problem/trigger. Problems are solutions. Lifetime practice ahah cause they'll keep comin but soon enough you'll try to find more triggers/problems, its like enjoying step hills for the calves lol. emotional regulation gym ! great chanel, i like your vibes

    2:03 I feel like I could get triggered by a bird flying in a beautiful way or anything beautiful if I'm in a bad mood and I'm trying to ignore it by just endlessly distracting myself with social media, but then seeing something beautiful reminds me of what I love in life and how much time I'm wasting, so in those scenarios beautiful things make me uncomfortable

      Where are they stored in your body? How can you process the stored energy? Learn to simply observe the pattern. Feel it deeply. Process it. Regulate your emotions. Meditation and psychotherapeutic methods can help a lot.

    So in college and in work I cant stand big mouths or people that keep talking about themselves, it triggers me, i have tried to figure out why and i honestly dont know! I am an introvert and I dont think im jealous as I dont feel the urge to be like that! weird

      Many of these things are stored in your body at subtle levels that thought alone can not do anything about.

    You're saying what no therapist ever says. Tired of therapists making a weakness out of everything and sending everyone out of the cabinet feeling bitter towards their own and other's imperfect results at being "happy". Happiness is a state of ignorance and delusion.
