Clinical Scale Lyophilizer Loading at Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing

We built a new lyophilizer loading process that removes operator interventions for our clinical-scale, isolator-based Fedegari Isolator! This system gently pushes vials into the lyo to eliminate splashing and remove manual loading for repeatable, high-quality lyo loading.
This isolator-based filling line can lyophilize up to 3,500 10R vials and is ideal for clinical-scale projects.
