That is a true captain there. What coaches of the black stars should understand is that Dede Ayew is not the player you substitute when the team is down or loosing. His sheer charisma can change a match.

This happened in South Africa, we needed this before not after the qualification. Gone were the days no one had a permit role or automatic start for the national team but now there’s no competition for some players like Ayew brothers, Baba Rahman, Andy Yiadom’s position. Fatawo has goals and good stats but still Jordan will play ahead of him till injury takes him off. Remember is tax payers money and everyone needs to be treated fairly. You guys working hard, keep it up. Will be here again for Hasaacas ladies and the black queens call ups.

Unbelievable a senior player? experienced player missing a penalty in the World Cup? Thomas Partey or Kudus would have made that PK.
If Otto Addo and his technical team had made different choices we will still be in the tournament.
Did you see the second half? Without the Ayew brothers the game ended without any more goals against Ghana and Atti Zigi kept a clean sheet in the Second Half.
First half Andre Ayew missed a penalty and shortly after Jordon left a giant hole in the midfield for Uruguay to fill and score the second goal.
The technical structure of the team was too loose too much space for Uruguay to exploit and score.
Why do you use the same tires legs in a 90 minute tournament?

Lets not be carried away with these narrow wins ,this current crop of Black Stars is average .They play with no rhythm, no direction ,no clear game plan and no telepathy .Watching their games especially the one with South Africa was so painful. From where I sit ,that penalty call was very soft .I miss the Black Stars of Essien ,Kingston , Sulley ,Appiah and the arrow head A.Gyan .That team was so exciting and full of good vibes .This team has a lot of prospects but I feel this coach is out of his depth and players like Dede are just average .There should be a different approach to their game. The focus should be to build a solid team around Partey ,Kudus , Kamaldeen, and the young chap who plays for dreams FC with a powerful left foot . Jordan’s progress has stalled long time ago and it’s time he is left out of the team .10 years of playing for this team is enough and same with his brother Dede .His positive vibes are good but that alone is not enough to win all your games .You will be found out soon .He can be included not in our starting 11 but because of the dressing room .We have to build a strong solid team that can compete and beat any opponent .Currently this team is at best average .

This is not how to motivate grown boys. The GFA president used the same language previously and so I see where that is coming from.
