    Ganyan din po ang natutunan ko sa lola ko at ganyan ang way ng pagluto ko at capampangan din po kami from Apalit, now living in Los Angeles California.. gusto ng mga anak at apo ko.

    Wow it’s my first time to see a guideline from a CZcamsr. Anyway thanks for sharing your techniques. I’m cooking it as we speak. Btw I’m a kapangpangan as well. I’m so glad to see authentic kapangpangan recipes that I remember growing up like kilayin. My Ima & daras are gone so I’m glad there’s a Mrs.G whose very generous in sharing her techniques.     Masarap. Ngaun ko lang nalamam ganito pala paggisa ng manok. Ang patisserie at luya ay ganito pala. Kasi for the longest time la lasa ang tinolang manok na niluluto sa bahay.

    Capampangan ako! Ganyan ako magluto ng tinola talagang isasangkutsa ng matagal yung chicken sa pinangisa sa luya garlic onion at patis anggang maging brown, ganyan talaga magluto ang mga capampangan

    Thank you Po. Nakailang recipes na Po na try ko pero di pa rin malasa Yung tinola. Malaki Po tiwala ko sa inyo Kasi madami na Po akonh na try iluto Ng mga recipes nyo. Lalung-lalo na Po Yung rellenong bangus. Isa Po yon sa paborito Kong lutuin.

    saan kaya nabibili yung ganyang klaseng kaldero. tagal na ng mga ganyan. ma try nga parang naiimagine ko yung sarap nya.

      Homemade po ang patis, ibinigay sa amin galing sa Bulacan. Ganyan lang po talaga ang patis, puwede talagang mag dark ang kulay kapag medyo tumagal na.

      Opo, puwede po. This is the basic tinola recipe that we follow at home. Like all lutong bahay recipes, may sarling version at variation po ang bawat pamilya. Minsan nga po kahit sa isang pamilya maraming variations ang isang dish. We hope you try it!

      Homemade po ang patis, gawang Bulacan. Ganyan lang po talaga ang patis kapag medyo tumagal na, nag-iintensify ang kulay. Napakarami po kasi ng patis na ibinigay sa amin kaya hindi agad naubos.

      Ito ang talagang correct na pagluluto, turo din ito ng Lola ko from Bulacan at ipinasa to our generation. Nasa paggisa o’ sangkutsa ang sikreto kahit anong luto. Maamoy lang talaga pag patis pero magiging masarap nman ang luto mo.

      nasurpresa ako. ang laki ng inimprove. sinunod ko lang yung mga pamamaraan sa pagluluto na natutunan ko dito.
      di na matabang ang tinola ko. malasa na. 👍
