Cause he drives into an opponent's car consciously after the finish line, even though it was his own fault in the race that he came off the track. That's not sportsmanship.

Schanche was furious with Hansen so he took his revenge by ramming into his car

Truly Schanche was a great driver he we see willing to help a fellow opponent he likes. But an opponent he dislikes who in this clip took evasive action to not hit him 3 times but Mr Grumpycross rams him??

I almost felt like Hansens thought was "I must try to not touch him because then he will think it's my fault and run over to me after the race and scream and fight full of anger like he always does". So, the polite Hansen avoid Schanche even though Hansen is faster, and Schanche spins on his own and the "thank you" Schanche shows to Hansen is to hit him after the race. Typical Schanche. Not liked by anyone and always ill-humoured. Sad with people like that. But a legend who have done much for the sport, building cars for other drivers (Hunsbedt for example).

He was probably a better mechanic than driver.

Kenneth Hansen made his success not only by great skills, but also by being a dirty driver. Always bumping and pushing other drivers. He could afford all the repairs with Citröen's backing, the other drivers not so much. Schanche was fed up by this long before this race, so Hansen just reaped what he had sowed.

Schanche was a good driver super quick but in late 90s when the competiton was getting as fast as him he threw his rattler out of ze pram a lot...

THE most boring years of rally cross I guess. Idk if it's faster the cars just seem so planted. But I don't think they are 600bhp monsters like the 70s 80s or today.
I like to see race cars literally dancing on the edge of deff. Like the mk3 escorts. Metro 6r4 days those cars were side ways always.
These cars whilst they are my favourite car era they just look like over weight under powerd in comparison to before and after.
Race cars don't need to be silly fast just skinny tires lightweight and high revving screamers. Simple and fun.
F1 is boring bcos its too polished. 1970s racing is the best road racing.
Let's go back to those days.

Didn't expect that in the end... people get spun and hit in motorsport all the time. Some are trying too hard and others are just unlucky.
Nothing is more un-sportsmanlike that sucker punching an opponent like that. Like Vettel and Piquet.. yes it's okay to get mad and complaining, but you loose all credibility by acting out
