Yes it was good fun and quite nerve racking. I shortened the time it took to winch up and slow down because not much to look at, but being raised up over 50 metres gets the heart pumping, and the anticipation of the release is quite intense.
@@ElliottVeares it was my own insta360 camera. They do offer a pack that includes a camera recording that’s mounted to the helmet and records your face as an add on. You can take your own camera on the swing and ZipWire.

I hope it's as thrilling as it 's made out to be; all the videos I see, make it look like it's not that high. Also did Hangloose provide the helmet to attach your camera to? The reason I asked is because on their site it says you can bring your own GoPro, but then got told the opposite when I emailed them to confirm this several months ago.
@@ElliottVeares doing the ZipWire or Swing? ZipWire is the longest in England (not UK). They provided the helmet, they took one of their cameras off, they were quite accommodating. At the Eden Project they were more organised. They probably discourage it a bit because they want to sell you a media package, but if it says it on their website you should be fine. They told me there was limited availability, they don’t have specific helmets, just remove one of their insta360 go cameras. I can’t remember which mount I used, wether it was the GoPro style or the 1/4inch screw. If you have both, take both, the lookers are free. Hope the weather is good
I sped the video up, winching up to the top takes quite a while which all adds to the tension. The release is definitely a thrill and there’s plenty of swinging back and forth before they bring you down. Was a unique experience!

Was it fun and thrilling, looks like it is over pretty quickly?
I sped the video up, winching up to the top takes quite a while which all adds to the tension. The release is definitely a thrill and there’s plenty of swinging back and forth before they bring you down. Was a unique experience!
