Unbelievable that I didn't catch this tune any sooner, but here we are. Landed on this site in such a roundabout way, it's hard to explain. It all started from reading the novel Lost in Manchester, Found in Vegas. The plot of that book is based around a roadtrip which got so intriguing, that I raced through the whole book in one sitting. Recently, I made myself re-read this novel more slowly whilst listening to the various accompanying tracks in each chapter, which is how I came to listen to the Eight Albums playlist from its author. This track's now been bouncing around my head for days - well recommended Nigel Cartner!

I love this song so much, but why is the lead singer shouting! It seems like he has become very into the moment and excited, but isn't quite thinking of his delivery - that or maybe he couldn't hear himself properly, it's so gentle and sweet and well delivered in the recorded track... :(
