Roman and Niko are cousins. Their fathers were brothers. And another Serb is Darko Brevic.

They were raised as brothers though. Niko's mom raised Roman like one of her own.
The vagos are not Spaniards, I'm Spaniard. The accent which vagos have is from Mexico, like the Aztecas.

I always knew there were other nationalities in the game but this is my first Time actually paying attention to how diverse the characters are in the GTA world. I love the diversity and I love all the different stereotypes. It's super dope. Hope GTA keeps pushing the boundaries. Nobody wants gtas humor or authenticity compromised because of this "woke" movement. Keep that sh*t out of our videogames, especially GTA.
Actually the Poles first appeared in GTA SA. Eddie Pulaski is Polish.

The only missed nationality known me is Americans as almost in every GTA place is based on US, then British is the only foreign nationality to debut in 2D Universe.

I'm late but in GTA Vice City the French units are GIGN (French SWAT) operators and during "All hands on deck" They are DGSE operative (French CIA).
MAN, those guys in GTA SA (vagos) were not Spanish, They are Mexicans, Spain is in Europe and our accent is very different than the Mexican accent or any latinoamerican accent. Love to latinoamerica too

I don't know whether to feel offended that in some video games Colombians are always represented as gangsters or antagonists.
