I love this construction! And I also love how you used the inside corners to form additional "pockets". I am going to make one, but instead of just hand sewing the corners, I might use a button to hold the corners together.

The buttons are a marvelous idea. I’m also in the middle of making myself one. Her tutorials are so clear and easy to follow. I absolutely love 💗 her channel.
I'm about to use velcro so it's adjustable for drink bottles, etc! I'm using a waterproof lining too.

I love this bag!! Thanks so much for sharing! The side compartments are the ideal for extra storage ( used snaps instead of tacking) ♥️ I added cotton batting to tabs & handle for extra softness. And a D ring to one tab.

Wooow how you are using the corners is genius !! When I watch those purse tutorials and see people cut out the corners and throw it away it breaks my heart because I hate waste 😂 but the way you use those corners is so clever I'm gonna try that !
