My brother and I loved that song. My brother died in 2009. Now I pass it down to my kids..and they love it. Keeping it as family tradition and memories of the ones we loved. Love is all that counts.

I just found out that a close friend of mine died yesterday.
My good friend, Bubba, was from Hawaii. His native language was the Hawaian dialect. English was his second language, and I could tell how shy he was to talk with me when we first met when our sons were on the same football team. Bubba was a big man, a very big man. And he had an even bigger heart. He had very few friends, but he welcomed me into his life as a brother when he understood I was non-judgmental towards him.
He was in constant mourning, but I was probably the only friend of his who knew this about him. Bubba kept his pain hiden like most men, and suffered alone in silence. He had 8 children; 7 of whom I got to know. His heart was forever broken, when one of them, his daughter, had passed away at the age of two.
He moved his family from Hawaii to Seattle about a decade ago in search of a better life for his wife and kids. They all lived together in a small apartment across from the supermarket at which he worked, stacking shelves to help support his family that he loved so dearly.
He worked nights, and I would often go there just to say hi, or whenever I felt down. He always greeted me with a huge smile and an even bigger hug with which he could have easily crushed me.
I love you, Bubba. Your memory will always live in my heart for as long as I walk this earth. ♥️ 😢 😭

What a beautiful man and voice, it brings tears to my eyes seeing all the comments about what’s happened to people’s loved ones, I feel god wants me to tell you there all ok and watching over you. 11September 2002 was 20 years ago to the day that I sat on the rocks in Kapalua Bay...offering prayers to those lost that tragic day in 2001. I couldn't have been in a more beautiful place on Earth to contemplate the events of that September 11th. day and what entailed. Now , today, as the anniversary approaches this year, listening to IZ takes me back to my last Aloha on Maui and cements the memory of my visit to Paradise and strengthens the bond with all of those lost souls. In true Hawaiian spirit, I feel as though time has stood still and I'm looking beyond that rainbow and praying for the families that were left behind to carry on without their dearly beloved. Eu estava vivendo um momento de grande e amarga perca, percebi que meu mundo havia desabafo em minha cabeça,eu me perdi, mais me perdi de verdade a ponto de sair na rua, hora que eu saía e voltando pra casa não consegui por várias vezes encontra_la , estive no final do túnel a ponto de falar com Deus, Senhor,devolva o meu eu me faz ser como eu era antes porque se eu continuar assim não vou aguentar,em 2021 meu amor fez a viagem pra não voltar nunca mais, sei que não vou esquece_lo , bom... foi em um daqueles dias que me deparei com essa maravilha de música,doeu muito muito, chorei como se fosse um bebê fora de sua mãe, órfão, resumindo por aqui, não consigo ficar sem ouvir mais, dificilmente passo uma semana sem ouvir duas vezes ou mais, hoje ouvindo posso me sentir bem pertinho de meu amado, sinto melhor menos tensa e não choro mais em ouvir,pois ela me traz um certo conforto e alívio.lembrando que antes de tudo foi com a ajuda de Deus que estou mantendo a vida de pé sem meu amor 😢 é ele foi morar em meio as estrelas !

Por isso, eu peço à produção, por favor, não deixem de colocar sempre, esses mix .
Em meio a tanto barulho desenfreado, violência, guerras, e outras coisas mais, essa voz, essas letras e as belas imagens, aquietam corações, devolvem esperança aos desesperançados ( o que não é o meu caso ). Mas, sinto-me, imensamente feliz ao ouvi-los.
