@@danieldayton3497 I believe you. Many celebrities are narcissists. Christy had a small part in NL Vacation and she can NOT act. She wasn’t good but she was only selected for her looks for that part so… 🤷♀️ What she does for a living takes absolutely no thought or mature intelligence. “You just put a bikini on and pose” 🤣 and it’s PEOPLE who put her up on a pedestal like she’s a rocket scientist or something. Crazy world. 😂

Very relatable
I love that this is a real home and it wasn't styled to within an inch of it's life. The fire pit has been used, the swing is broken, the whole home is properly lived in and that makes it feel alive and special. Thanks for the glimpse into this lovely warm family home.

When I clicked I was so ready to be underwhelmed after seeing so many 'celebrity homes' all boutique hotelled into oblivion BUT this was a real family home done with no visible reference to fashion, just good taste and lots of things to admire.

I don’t normally like celebrities mansion homes or lifestyles but I love this. Even though it’s huge it’s so homey and the garden is so natural and lovely. She’s also made me feel a lot better about not mowing my garden very often :) I could live there forever.

Watched the short then had to see the full. Thanks Christie, very nice. I grew up in big house, new built mother designed, even indoor swimming pool. Mother was on cover of small advertisement magazine swimsuit diving board 1950's. Anyways always some stranger she would give tours to walking through, host all the kids sports team parties, girl scouts, boy scouts, fundraising, etc..
Christie's love of life made my morning bringing back memories, its been 22 years since cancer at 67 years old. Hope to see part two with Christie at 90!

Christie is so down to earth and I LOVE her home; she's very eclectic, just like ME!!! I love that her home is not so bare and sterile like a lot of other high profile homes; it's so cozy I want to live there! I also love that she has her own hobbies; there's more to her than people probably realize, as with all celebrities.

Thing I remember most about her (besides the gleaming smile) she had said something about being raised by a single mom on mostly Karft macaroni & cheese… which was delicious 40 years ago. It’s been inedible for at least 30.

WOW!! I was not expecting that style of home or home decor. Christie is very relatable in this video. She seems very "at Home" with this property. I feel a little claustrophobic with all that is going on in her home, but all that is necessary is that SHE loves it, and her kids do too

Everything in her decorating style has meaning and personal. That is special. That is home. When my mother began her decline with dementia, I helped her pack up her home items to move to another state to live near a sibling who can better assist her. As I was helping to decide on what to keep, what to get rid of..I would ask my mother, "Ok, how about this..what should we do with it?" I was amazed that as she forgot a lot of details in her life, she knew EXACTLY who gave her an item, why they did, where she was if she bought it, (usually estate sales) who was with her, what happened along the way the day they acquired it. My mothers home was personal like Christie's, as far as what went into it. Needless to say, when my father came into the room and observed, "It doesnt appear you two have made in progress in reducing items for our trip" Nope. Because I'm not getting rid of anything, because everything provoked memories, all the way down to the smallest of figurines.That was special.
I made all the doors and windows on "Tower Hill" for Christie and Peter Cook maybe 15 years ago.

The whole idea of groomed lawns is a class thing. Folks used to grow their medicines and their food all around their homes. For centuries. Having a lawn instead of a wild yard full of food and medicine was a way to symbolize to others that you were upper class. That you didn't need to grow your own food or medicine.
