I drink a smoothie most mornings that includes a heaping tsp of turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper. I add coconut milk or half an avocado or both, among other things & I’ve noticed that when I have one too many, I usually wake up the next morning as if nothing happened the night before. For habitual users is a depressor, also the stimulation of appetite can lead to eating in excess(that can hinder vitality even more).
After more that 20 years of daily consumption I would say life is better if you only use it sporadically and exercise more to get a better high.
Sometimes anxiety or anxious personality, use it as an auto medication, if that`s the case, eating more potassium around 4700mg daily in form of vegetables and leafy greens, having regular sleeping schedule, and not using stimulants often like coffee can be a better approach.
The best part of is that if you smoke once a week you get that noob high, that verges in psychedelic, and the rest of the time the extra energy and clear mind is such a blessing.
Hope that helps in the meanwhile, not to scientific totally anecdotal, but is decades of experience and the effects on most people that are heavy users to.

It would be cool if you made a WIL video concerning the topic of language learning, seeing as I'm sure during learning Japanese you must've learned something worth saying! lol

Great video and editing. Gonna try this turmeric thingy. When should one consume this? The morning before drinking in the evening or right before consumption of alcohol?

I'm going to try this. It sounds better than yeast + yogurt.

I put 1 teasponn of turmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tsp honey in my morning smoothie after I couldn't shake the flu this winter, I got well within a week...now I add as part of my daily routine. Definitely works..and didn't taste yuk, it actually made my green drink smoothie in the morning taste better.
