I was thinking the same thing! I haven't used acrylic in 20 years because of the smell (I only do my own at home) but I've been thinking of trying it again. Has the smell improved at all?

I kept this design saved for a year so I could recreate it and they turned out great 😍 I'm in love with this set 😍
When I use chunky glitter I like to use the flash lamp with the silicone stamper to flash cure and it pushes down all,of the glitter in the nails so it’s soo much easier to encapsulate! Mia secret clear is my ultimate favorite!😻😻

@@Babyraynailslay yes it’s perfect to get in between all the tiny spaces in the chunky glitter….no air pockets or bubbles and a solid nail that will last longer than some other acrylics that can’t move around the glitter or get in the cracks and crevices.
However be it I learned that from someone else and use mias secret myself I am not following on the flash curing process with a nail stamper. Maybe it’s because it’s late and I’m tired or I really am just not following because I haven’t leaned about this yet.

When you said you encapsulate with gel instead of acrylic it it was like an ah ha moment for me. I only every tried once and it was with using acrylic and it is so much more stressful because it feels like a race of time. I like putting gems and stuff on top of the nail and curing it with gel never thought to do it the opposite. I am planning on doing this. Thank u!

It does not! Make sure you pre the nails well and seal the cuticles. I recommend using a rubber base

I love these!! Def gonna try on myself. I would say your acrylic was runny because you kept dipping your brush in monomer over and over. It’s a funny habit but def makes application a little more tedious from over saturation.
