I’m a member but can’t seem to access member reading. Was there something that I needed to do to move up to the new rate? I saw the message 7 days ago stating that I made the switch.
Okay, for everyone who still hasn’t been able to change their subscription level… I figured out how to do it on my iPhone!!!
1. Go to Safari on your phone and search up CZcams.
2. Login to CZcams.
3. Go to subscriptions and click on Madame Butterfly.
4. On the search bar on the bottom of the page, on the left there’s a little aA button. Click on it and request desktop version.
5. Now, back up to the top of the page where it says subscribed to channel, click on membership.
6. All the way to the right you will see a little settings icon thing. Click on it!!!
7. Click change level.
8. On the left you’ll see the $6.99 level. You should be able to change your level this way.
Yayyy!!! You successfully changed your level and can enjoy the extended videos again. Triumph! You did it! Good for you☺️🥰 I hope this helps!!!
Hey boo :) you need to physically switch up the level to see the extended I think. If you head to the community on my channel page and look for the members only posts, there is one with a picture of chakras that everyone talks about how to switch. Sorry for the inconvenience lady xxx

Yes, there are different tiers now - I had to put the prices up, so you need to be at the second level (£5.99 a month) tier now to see the extended readings. Apparently the easiest way to upgrade is from a desktop or laptop because YT is awkward xxx
