This was such a great, fun interview to watch! I love seeing Katie and Vanessa together, they do seem like the best of friends, as they've both confirmed. I cannot wait to see what season 4 brings, and for the 'Christmas Special' episode.

miggy monster Mendoza Katie is normally deaf. She can speak normally I think. But in the serie she use her deaf accent. I think it's like that. I'm not sure.
miggy monster Mendoza She's not deaf in real life she's hard of hearing and also she didn't become hard of hearing until she was 20 while Daphne is fully deaf and went deaf at 3. So theres a difference

Omg I can't wait for the season finale and season 4. I am so glad they are doing a 4th season. I love this show! It is so amazing and drama filled! I LOVE IT!!! I also like The Fosters, Chasing Life, Pretty Little Liars (obviously), and Young and Hungry. ABC Family really has some great shows!

She, her sister (who also has Meniere's and is fluent in ASL), and an expert mapped out Daphne's accent together.

They have put so much effort into this show learning sign language it must of took them months. I started watching it 2 weeks ago and I'm already on season 4 I love it that much. Keep up the good work. Xx

Do you remember the episode where Bay goes to Chicago? The picture Sebastian shows her of her deceased aunt (who, like Angelo died from an aneurism)? That was really a pic/cameo appearence by Vanessa's real sister, Laura :-)

It's good to see that at least they see what their characters are doing is annoying or wrong. You get so involved in their characters that you forget what they are like in person. I love them both though!
So when they say a cliffhanger happens in the finale to they mean the final episode in august or the one that's coming on in the What If episode in December??
they are soooo beautiful ! now we look forward to discovering the second part of 4th season AND i hope it'll gonna be a 5th one !

Her hearing fluctuates. Because of her disease, one day she might pass a hearing test, and the next day she could fail.
