Weirdly their product comparison chart on Amazon claims it has "3D" sound. Yet this feature doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere else?

Thank you for your helpful review! But I still can not decide between the Edifier MR4 and the Nova S40. The price is similar but the concept is so different. I plan on using them for watching movies on a screen about 1m (3ft) away. What would you suggest? Thanks in advance :)

If you are planning to use for a computer, it really depends on your preference. If the extra / dedicated bass isn't an issue - the Edifiers might be good. I haven't had the MR4's - but one of my kids have Edifier speakers for their computer and they sound great.

I am using an android TV box with a Samsung 55 inch TV. How would I do my connections?

If your box has the optical plug use it. No lag experience. If not go Bluetooth as Android tv boxes have the support. If your Samsung has the optical than hook it up there. But if it has coaxial you would need a TOSLINK to Coaxial Converter and that's an extra expense. But if the tv has HDMI Arc, then run that to your Nova S40. I own it and it sounds fuckin good. I use the Bluetooth directly from my Mini HTPC no noticeable lag but they are pretty close too mind you.

@@brolydictcumberbatchmontou401 thank you for the help. I really gotta figure out this base thing like I said zero is way too much and minus one is basically nonexistent. Maybe it’s where I place the sub any ideas

Hmm, that is odd. I would assume that as long as everything is connected it should be working ok. Maybe contact Ultimea support?

Did you get it to work? I just got mine and the subwoofer is almost nonexistent. I tried the bass plus command, still barely can feel it. I use AUX too

Is it so loud so that we can use it for party ?

Sorry, missed this comment. It's pretty loud but if it's a loud party this might be underpowered.

no not really you'd blow it probably. Then it will just sound frapped out. I wouldn't do it if I were you.

my next door neighbor can hear it and complained to her ex a few times lol If you are trying to go for massive earth shattering bass then you might as well go buy a band pass for a car and an alpine amp and toss a few car batteries in your house. and a couple 6x9 boxes and get a pair Boston Subs lol then you'll shake things up a couple blocks a way but this does have amazing bass for a house though its not meant to turn your house in to a club.
