Loving this iron neck pro
absolute life changing device... i use it 1 day a week for 20 mins, neck pain completely gone and is getting very thick
Really attempting to buy this from injury today
@@ryanhou162 get the beginner one with the easier resistance band
Just got mine, looking forward to using it but changed up the front pad and whole velcro pad bit came off head unit....not a good first look.
Hey Druss, not a good first look indeed. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Any super glue will work to resecure the velcro backing. Or if you'd like, shoot us an email at support@iron-neck.com and we'll send a replacement backing that you can apply.
I feel that it might snap and hit you in the face
Is this safe to use if you suffer from severe cervical stenosis with myelopathy.
How can it be so much more expensive just for a friction adjustment??
The Pro model has a Variable Friction Dial so you can easily adjust how much rotational resistance (friction) is applied. Mechanically, the dial operates similar to a resistance control knob on a spin bike. Turn it clockwise to increase resistance, turn it counterclockwise to decrease resistance. The Varsity model has the same capability but requires you to remove the slider cover and adjust a set screw with a hex/allen wrench. The Starter model doesn't offer a rotational resistance feature.
UPDATE: I just received shipping confirmation on custom pads for my larger head, free of charge 👏🏽 Thanks again Matt
Original Msg:
I just unpacked mine (Pro model). I attached the smallest pad and it's still WAY too tight for my head--painfully tight with the air deflated. I wear a fitted hat size 7 3/8 (59cm); Large, but not a crazy huge head. What am I missing
Hi Abe, if you are still having fit issues please shoot us an email at support@iron-neck.com and we'll get a smaller custom pad sent your way.
@@mjschmit2002 thank you. I just sent an email
same size fitted hat and same issue for me.
"Make sure all air is deflated from the rear pad". Probably a great time to show us how to do that, because even the instruction guide that came with my Pro unit makes no reference to deflating.
you press the little button on top that is next to the inflation bulb
if anyone is on the fence in terms of buying the iron neck... let me just tell you just buy it! its really that good!
@A yes
Would it help me to build a thicker neck?
