Im about to start my own project and i want ask you something, you have forged conecting rods at least to hold that power ? im asking because, in my research i found the information, the engine block AUM is the most weak of all 1.8t VAG blocks . If you can answer me i appreciate, i want to know more information before start my project. Thanks.
Ivo Ferreira do not be afraid of anything if the torque is below 430nm especially if you press after 4.000rpm nothing will ever happen I have worked from 1st stage to k03 hybrid gt28rs vf34 and td04 that is from 230hp to 360 with closed motor you never suffered anything but you want the right program and not the torque at low rpm! proper and fast maintenance are enough ... what turbo do you want to put?
@@luigizhhi mate don't need hydrid turbo for this power, with 1 stage k03s you can go 230-240hp and 350-380nm. Intake filter 63.5mm exhaust, intercooler and good file tunning. if you have k03 can go up in 230max the k03s with s3 injectors, maf and 1.65bar can go up 260hp but is dangerous for the turbo, also must you have ngk coil packs with bkr7-8eix spark plugs and 4bar frp with maybe s3 fuel pump and you have 235-240 good safe power👌

Got it thanks, i alredy have 4bar fpr ramair kit intake with heat shield, red ngk coil packs, and i want to install an upgraded intercooler that bolts on the original position (here in spain u gotta do all u can keeping the secret beacuse the itv kicks u off if they se something aftermarket, s3 inyectors with k03s is profitable u saying? The k04-001 is plug and play?

Hello friend :-D from what I know 1.8t AUM / AUQ engines etc. with a 19mm pin are able to maintain the power up to 400nm

Niezła furka,znajome okolice :) a jaki wydech końcowy siedzi bo nigdzie nie mogę znaleźć,szukam czegoś co nie będzie buczało jak wściekłe.
Wydech końcowy jest to jakiś ta technix :-) na kanale znajdziesz film jak poprawialiśmy wydech w tym samochodzie 👍
