I love how once Keith backflips, everyone suddenly realizes that they have a legend in the room with them.
As soon as it did group choreography, and everyone is dancing in sync and Keith is just doing his own fucking thing. "yeah, those moves we're really lame and boring, so I just substituted them with my own which are god tier" It's hilarious because it's so out of place and wrong, playing the screw-up, but doing it in the most genuinely impressive manner.
he's the physical embodiment of "failing upwards", except it's not by chance. He's in control the whole time. it's god damn inspiring.

I love that he stays in character and people who don’t know him are being kind and encouraging no matter how weird he seemed to them.
It's really wholesome, I love watching the dancers in the back all smile and cheer, there's so much *happy* going on, I can't help but smile too
That's the best part, though. Character or not, people think he's just a dude doing something he really loves and they're supporting him. That's beautiful.

this reminds of a guy I used to know in high school. Everyone thought he was hella weird but he just honestly didn't give a shit about what other people thought. He just wanted to do things he thought was cool and yeah he was a bit awkward, but he had a strength and courage that most people probably envied.

12 years ago or not, I'm still lovin it! The VR props were very artistic and I could actually see this in a kewl kommercial.
I never get tired of watching this: NO ONE expected him to do well, and not only did he get met with roaring applause in his audition, he ends up with a star role in the music video. This needs to be the new definition of "Epic Win."
It wasn't an actual contest, it's a colab between him and Kimberly. It's was basically a publicity stunt.

A dude walks into a room full of hip hop and pop dancers looking like the king of all nerds, proceeds to say the nerdiest shit he possibly can, doesn't adhere to choreography, ends up up upstaging all the professionals, FUCKING ANNOUNCES THAT HE WILL BE LEAVING THE AUDITION EARLY, and ends up getting a starring role in the music video - and not only that! THEY ACTUALLY USE SOME OF HIS CHOREOGRAPHY IN THE MUSIC VIDEO. Nathan is a god - there is no other explanation for this.

I think this may have been beneficial for the dancers there. It's good to have some sort of disturbance or element of noise in training to see which people are not affected negatively by it. Seems like Keith played dual roles here.
