I went with the powerhouse pack and got Sheamus as well. So everything would indicate that he is included in all the starter packs, no matter the type of wrestler you choose

I bought the most expensive version of the game on Xbox and have everything installed but in my faction it won’t give me my packs nightmare family pack deluxe pack etc won’t show up

I had the same issue but it’s an easy fix. Go to WWE2K24 on the Xbox store or home menu and click on manage content and then you will have to install the packs cuz for whatever reason the packs didn’t automatically install haha. Hope that helps
