I saw another video where the guy installed another SSD, and he didn't cover the new drive with that sticky metallic sheet (sorry had no idea what that's called), is that the right way? I am planning to upgrade this laptop with a sata ssd instead of a hdd so , please tell me that , after wrapping the ssd with the sticky heat sink how should I place it ? Should that sticky heat sink face upwards or downwards ? 🙏 Please give a reply if possible , I've found another youtber showing that metallic heat sink should be placed facing downwards , while you have shown that it should be placed facing upwards, I am just terribly confused .

I'm experiencing a problem (on the s530un model), after plugging in the SSD (I choose an SSD jnstead of an HDD) the pc doesn't turn on, not even a single clue on what's happening. The indicator led just blink once then nothing. Same happens when the AC is plugged in, please help me find a solution!

Before 15 days my sister removed the fan and the cpu from motherboard socket. After this my computer is running slow the 720p video can not run properly.

go ahead to 16gb 3200mhz or 32gb 3200mhz stick. You have one 8gb soldered on motherboard and one free slot. That means the nachine runs on 64bit oc and there is no problem to address more than 4gb of memory. Hardware limitations is from the cpu, it support up to 64gb ddr4 3200mhz or ddr4l 3733mhz

How much Gaming temperature ur getting on this laptop?
just enough to make the laptop throttle by my experience
on my vivobook x512 it goes to 84 C on the socket and the same on the hottest core of cpu with the default windows max cpu utilization setting of 100%. I limited the max utilization of cpu to 90% and the temp now doesnt exceed 64 C. There is no difference in gameplay, because this type of notebooks have bottleneck from the graphic adapter by default and there is no need of 100% cpu potential.
