Actually, customers do that all the time, even when it isn't anything similar to this, the boss always says 'the customer is always right, even when they are wrong, they are right.' Its just stupid, when they are wrong, tell them and prove it to them, simple statements saying you are wrong is not enough, you need to prove it.

I faced harassment years ago I was in my late teens or early 20's I said Hi to a girl at a place I used to hang out at. Every week that same Girl kept writing love notes and kept saying sexual positions she wanted to do to me. After a few weeks she kept going after me I talked with somebody I knew it was the Guard Who always told me to come see him if I need help he worked there I showed him all the Letters and told him all I knew.I couldn't spell the words she used or write very good due to disabilities I was born with.The Guard showed his Boss who showed her boss who contacted the Girls parents who admitted that the girl liked doing that to others The girl tried to pin it all on me saying she's a sweet angel and it was all my fault.and tried to say I wrote them. everybody knew she lied for 3 reasons 1 was she had words in it I didn't understand or cant spell, 2 It was in her handwriting my handwriting looks like something from kindergarten. 3 her address and phone number were on the letter. So she was never allowed to work there anymore they talked to her parents Church Pastor her youth group leader who all knew the girl harassed guys, If I did the right thing telling somebody how come I feel bad?

My biggest complaint about this video is that her BOSS never got into trouble for refusing to help her, forcing her to continue with a man who had already made her very uncomfortable and threatened to fire her if she did not comply. He got off scott free as far as I can tell. This video needed to be a minute or 2 longer an show HIM getting into trouble too even if not in as much trouble as the other guy.

I've been through this at one of my jobs and they thought they could get away with it but with God's grace I got myself a good lawyer had witnesses and told my story and won the case the jerk got fired. Stand up for yourself no one is above God with him you can overcome anything and anyone.

She went to him for HELP to complain that she was the VICTIM OF HARASSMENT and instead of helping her he GOT ANGRY, BLEW IT OFF, BLAMED HER THEN FORCED HER TO CONTINUE INTERACTING WITH HER HARASSER CAUSING HER TO GET HARASSED FURTHER. This video never showed HIM getting HIS CONSEQUENCES.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable -- and is at any gym I've worked at. For starter's the guy would be eighty-sixed from the gym for good. Later, police would be involved. And the chauvinistic manager? He'd be written up, if not fired. We do regular videos about sexual harassment in the workplace -- sounds trite, I know, but as trainers we are listened to and taken seriously. While I've never had a client harass me in a sexual manner, I did have a client that I had to stop working with because they made me uncomfortable, and I was allowed to do so without penalty. None of this would have been tolerated at the facility I work at.
Well said. Actually all American Leisure Center as well HQ/Company that run/own all gym should also start strictly discourage even simple bad starring. They already doing that at leisure center i go to in Ireland. Manager and even worker is not afraid of confronting customer. Even one small talking about inappropriate stuff/approach, verbal or not and even you didn't mean it, they still confront you. And yes I agree and they don't care if you angry or upset by that.
