How many games are on this 256gb version? The (physically identical) one on Amazon I was looking at says 50000+. It is $120 but comes with 2 PS2 looking controllers. (which I generally prefer) Is it as easy as copying these over to a more powerful windows PC to play them there or is there more to it then that?

I was an Amiga child and this seams to have so many games from that time (couldn't see Flood, or Super frog in the menu) as a simple space saving device with these games at your fingertips, I'm gonna have to get one.

The more I play , The bigger my smile becomes. Most games were designed for CRT television. Cathode Ray Tube. Red , Green , Blue . Three primary colors that translate to thousands of colors. Hi def Units cannot represent or replicate the experience of actual visuals the consoles of yesteryear presented . But plays close enough to have a good time and remember the days gone by.

When trying to see if Super Console X Pro would be worth getting, I referenced this video a lot. It was fun looking to see if a specific game would be included. Verdict: 99% of the ones I was hoping would be there were.
Sucks to see no FF7, FF8, or Formula one, but other than those this is a great collection. I’ll probably find a tutorial to add those later on. This is gonna be my start to emulation, so I’m looking forward to ordering mine today🤟🏾
I received the Super Console X Pro 256 GB from Amazon & there seems to be games missing in the PSX folder. There's fewer games listed in roms folder, but in downloaded images folder it shows full list. Especially rpg games like Breathe of Fire 3 & 4 are missing. This is disappointing because I chose the option with the largest SD card, & most games, and 1 of the main reasons for buying was for the ps1 rpg games. I could've just bought the Playstation classic with the usb add on that has more games. Anyone else receive a unit with less games than advertised, charged for?

Expect instead of 2 or 3 Dreamcast games, 24/48. Somewhere in that range. I own the 64GB and 3 Dreamcast games. The older emulators have WAY more games, because of their relative smaller storage size. You can always get your own ROMs online and place them in the appropriate emulater rom games list. @@britishwordplay4335 yes I’m noticing some differences in mine compared to the lower gigabyte versions. My retroarch has no sounds what so ever! The sound only occurs when I select and play a game and it’s perfect. On the system select screen and retroarch there is no music or sound. They my have done this to fit more games on the SD. I don’t know.

I'm please to know that it includes titles such as Flying Shark, Night Striker, Run And Gun, Salamander 2, Cloak and Dagger, Primal Rage(version 2.3), Skull Fang, F1 Exhaust Note, Gunlock aka Rayforce. Those were just the few titles that I was looking for. I still have have to find the arcade versions of Crusin USA, Crusin World and Batman Forever: The Arcade.

This is a Really good question that needs an answer. Not knowing this prevents me from buying one of these console units. I got the C64 mini a few years ago.....and the game selection and lack of keyboard...made it a Return. Sure google will have the answers though?
That's a shame, i have the genesis 1000 in 1, the N64 340 in 1 and soon the snes 1000 in 1 cartridges and love them. I was interested in this for the PlayStation titles exclusively but it does seem lackluster unfortunately.
I feel cheated as well too. This system is very capable of running the psx titles, so I dont see why they didnt include a shit ton of titles. They could of crammed at least 500-1000 titles easily
I hope Castlevania Symphony of the Night is also preloaded in the 128GB version. They also say the Pro version has an S905X SoC instead of S905M. I dunno if that'll make any difference in gameplay performance.

Got mine about 12 days ago, btw. Amazing piece of work. Yep, it's the cheapest TV box with 1GB/8GB. I'm thinking of getting a TV box with an S905X3 and 4GB RAM and installing Emuelec 4.0 in it. I can just lift the ROMs and BIOS files from the Super Console X Pro's microSD.

USBs and Bluetooth controllers support the super console x pro. There’s SNES controllers on amazon, which can go for 20 - 30 dollars. You can connect a controller if it has a usb or bluetooth controls.
I'd made a claim before stating I received my console x pro and it didn't work. I just didn't know how to start game screen. Just click on screen for emulac to boot up. I assumed that it booted right to games . It doesn't. On the videos it looks as if they all did. My bad. Good times to be had. So far all games I've tried worked. Some tweaking needs done on a few games wich can be done in system settings. So May The Force be with you. Wubba Wubba.

I have two issues. Some of the games such as gauntlet will not work. Blue screen appears. How do you fix? I hooked up generic Amazon USB joysticks the USB. Dragon. I configured the controllers but They eventually become unresponsive after a while and won’t even be recognized by the gaming console itself.
The most impressive thing to me is how well it runs NEO-GEO, CPS and Konami MAME stuff. Just as good as my desktop. The rest is kind of a mixed bag. As we know N64 emulation is still pretty bad in 2021, so not really the machines fault. Sonic adventure for Dreamcast runs pretty lousy too. Almost all Turbografx games are the Japanese versions, so I'll need to replace most of those if I want to be able to read them. Many of the NEO GEO CD hits are also Japanese versions. No Golden Axe for MAME (wth?) - they have it for the "Arcade" section (whatever that is, seems like a MAME distro as well) but only part 1 works. Return of Death Adder throws an Emuelec error on bootup. Also about half of the game descriptions are in Portuguese. They have a "Ports" section of PC ports like Diablo. But doesn't work LOL why bother including it. Some of this stuff might be fixable but I spend enough time on my MAME hobby to want to dick around with it. I'm also not familiar with Amlogic or EmuElec. The reason I bought this little box was so I could have all the work done for me. All in all it's a rather meh experience. If you already have a little retro console (like Super Retrocade), this one isn't bringing much to the table IMO. It does MAME and NEO GEO far better, but let's be honest, going back to PSX is pretty depressing. I wanted more out of N64 and Dreamcast but it's pretty shit. Also no Saturn? Hmm.
I keep considering getting this as the thought of replaying classic games is fantastic. However I've read that this has serious overheating problems. Is that true?
Anyone got this box, I hear that if you try updating it wipes the whole content of games, because the update has more info and the box just trips out and wipes everything. Other than that issue is 1gb ram enough to run this machine??? Feedback Welcome 🙏🏻
lol I am tempted to buy the device, just because of the roms in the SD card, I live in a quite crazy country regarding copy right laws, so I never ever use torrents to download stuff not even while using a VPN, there are lawyer companies that fully dedicate themselves to extortion ppl if you do not pay on average 1k (depends what they catch you downloading) they can take you to court... so that SD card would save me a lot of trouble :P even tough I would not use the device, currently I have to manually download (allegedly :P) 1 by 1 from webpages if I want roms and its a pain.
@JohanYZ59 Germany, have some friends that downloaded stuff from torrents, music and movies, one had to settle and pay 1k euros or potentially be dragged to court, other ignored the letters and guess he got lucky so far but he might get in trouble down the road, since those horror stories I dont touch torrents, not sure if roms are also as bad as music and movies but I dont want to risk it I only have a few favorites since its a pain downloading directly from webpages using a VPN, takes a while since I use a free version of proton VPN so I am limited at low speeds.
I have the 128 and there weren't any Arcade games. I clicked Start, Game Collection Settings, Automatic Game Collections and checked Arcade. 2023 Arcade games then appeared! Games play great. So I backed up roms and Arcade folder is empty. Anyone know where these roms are hidden?
do they come with games or does one have to do a lot of sorting out on how to put them on and everything, which i wish i could avoid since i am not tech savvy

I saw Super Frog mentioned. It's in the Amiga 1200 section and doesn't have a space, so it's a bit out of order from what you might expect.

S905X is about 4-5% faster.
The real upgrade would be 2 gigs of RAM but unfortunately it has 1 gig as the base model.

USBs and Bluetooth controllers support the super console x pro. There’s SNES controllers on amazon, which can go for 20 - 30 dollars. You can connect a controller if it has a usb or bluetooth controls.
I'd made a claim before stating I received my console x pro and it didn't work. I just didn't know how to start game screen. Just click on screen for emulac to boot up. I assumed that it booted right to games . It doesn't. On the videos it looks as if they all did. My bad. Good times to be had. So far all games I've tried worked. Some tweaking needs done on a few games wich can be done in system settings. So May The Force be with you. Wubba Wubba.

I have two issues. Some of the games such as gauntlet will not work. Blue screen appears. How do you fix?
I hooked up generic Amazon USB joysticks the USB. Dragon. I configured the controllers but They eventually become unresponsive after a while and won’t even be recognized by the gaming console itself.
The most impressive thing to me is how well it runs NEO-GEO, CPS and Konami MAME stuff. Just as good as my desktop.
The rest is kind of a mixed bag. As we know N64 emulation is still pretty bad in 2021, so not really the machines fault. Sonic adventure for Dreamcast runs pretty lousy too.
Almost all Turbografx games are the Japanese versions, so I'll need to replace most of those if I want to be able to read them. Many of the NEO GEO CD hits are also Japanese versions.
No Golden Axe for MAME (wth?) - they have it for the "Arcade" section (whatever that is, seems like a MAME distro as well) but only part 1 works. Return of Death Adder throws an Emuelec error on bootup.
Also about half of the game descriptions are in Portuguese.
They have a "Ports" section of PC ports like Diablo. But doesn't work LOL why bother including it.
Some of this stuff might be fixable but I spend enough time on my MAME hobby to want to dick around with it. I'm also not familiar with Amlogic or EmuElec. The reason I bought this little box was so I could have all the work done for me. All in all it's a rather meh experience. If you already have a little retro console (like Super Retrocade), this one isn't bringing much to the table IMO. It does MAME and NEO GEO far better, but let's be honest, going back to PSX is pretty depressing. I wanted more out of N64 and Dreamcast but it's pretty shit. Also no Saturn? Hmm.

Anyone got this box, I hear that if you try updating it wipes the whole content of games, because the update has more info and the box just trips out and wipes everything.

lol I am tempted to buy the device, just because of the roms in the SD card, I live in a quite crazy country regarding copy right laws, so I never ever use torrents to download stuff not even while using a VPN, there are lawyer companies that fully dedicate themselves to extortion ppl if you do not pay on average 1k (depends what they catch you downloading) they can take you to court... so that SD card would save me a lot of trouble :P even tough I would not use the device, currently I have to manually download (allegedly :P) 1 by 1 from webpages if I want roms and its a pain.
@JohanYZ59 Germany, have some friends that downloaded stuff from torrents, music and movies, one had to settle and pay 1k euros or potentially be dragged to court, other ignored the letters and guess he got lucky so far but he might get in trouble down the road, since those horror stories I dont touch torrents, not sure if roms are also as bad as music and movies but I dont want to risk it I only have a few favorites since its a pain downloading directly from webpages using a VPN, takes a while since I use a free version of proton VPN so I am limited at low speeds.
I have the 128 and there weren't any Arcade games. I clicked Start, Game Collection Settings, Automatic Game Collections and checked Arcade. 2023 Arcade games then appeared! Games play great. So I backed up roms and Arcade folder is empty. Anyone know where these roms are hidden?
Just use a program to backup your sd in full.
