You said that Hitch and yourself are the smallest which is correct, but it's not all about subscribers. MBoze has 360k subs and he average about 45k a video, you have 160k and average 50k and that's because you have the better content and you make people laugh. Hitch only has 74k subs but his youtube is blowing up fast, cause he's putting in the work. Just keep making videos and you'll make bank.

Bro if you do for whatever reason have to depart from Optic Gaming do NOT stop youtube and streaming you are a funny dude and have the perfect personality to grow in CZcams as an entertainer. But you should still give it your all to stay in the competitive team, you're in one of the most famous organizations in the console gaming community which many people including myself would do anything for a shot at being a part of. Give it your all, if you feel you're giving it your all now put in 100% more, if you're playing/practicing 8 hours do 16, when you're taking a break watch other competitive players and study them. I can only see from one eye and I am still grinding, my disability is a motivator, when someone tells me I can't do something it fuels me to prove them wrong, I am better than a lot of the people I have met and competitive CoD players out there I just don't have recognition, currently 30k in GB's and that is from just messing around, I also don't have a serious team but I will be up there sooner or later. Stay motivated, when the odds are against you do or die.
You guys have great ideas on what to do if all else fails and no more optic. The world is small and we all have to be prepared for the worst. God bless everyone.
