First of all, you make as many videos of this tank as you want...it's fabulous! Thanks for the great content.
Thank you! More videos coming!
Such a beautiful tank! You should do an update video if the frogbit grows flowers 😎
100% agree on agitating the water and i use both methods you discussed. I have air stones on timers in several tanks to come on when lights go out. this also coincides with Co2 turnoff. If any of my tanks get warmer than they should (during heat wave), I immediately turn off Co2 and crank the air stones.
Amen on cutting the co2 in extreme high heat! Unfortunately a lot of us learned that the hard way…..
Great vid. The plants have really grown and the tank is looking fantastic. I set one up in February which is the same size but I've not added fish yet. I wanted it to have time to grow some first. Since it's looking good now I will be adding fish soon. Surprisingly, tonight I discovered a snail which must have hitchhiked on one of my plants.
thanks, I hadn't thought about feeding spinach. I will get some tomorrow. I do like your content, very soft and calm. no shouting like some!
I appreciate it!
These are super helpful, and interesting videos, I've only been keeping endlers for a little over a year and they're my favorite fish so far. I live in south Texas so it gets really hot and the area they're kept in is not air conditioned.
.
I keep the fine hair algae that grows om the wood, I just had java moss appear on the wood as well? I'm not sure where it came from, but it's a pleasant surprise. I have a hob on each of my tanks, but I only have tanks less than 10 gallons. They seem to work pretty well. 😁
Glad you enjoy the videos! I’ve had Java moss appear before as well! Did your drift wood belong to someone else? It can be dormant for a long time in the blistering sun and bounce back in the water.
@@WorldofWhasian I actually collected these from the river! I have bought plants from different fish keepers though!
SICK TANK
SICK SHIRT( that RWB?) love Porsche 😍
Your videos are so pleasant too watch🤙🏽
Thank you so much for watching! This is BBi and Ken Blocks pike’s peak Hoonipig. Rest in peace Ken Block. 🙏
RIP #43🙏🏽 legend in the car scene for sure.
I really love my internal filters with spray bar. I can set them up just under the water line and let them ripple through. Has also been a godsend for the crazy storms that we've been having in Iowa, lost power twice last week and i dont have to worry about priming them.
One thing I do for my bowls and nano tanks is grab a 60cc syringe with an inch of airline tubing, draw up some air and then "inject" it into bowl a couple times per week 😅😅
Hahah whatever works! I use a straw 🤣🤣
Wow! I didn’t know those endlers would love spinach! And I think the wall light for the lily was a brilliant idea! Get it? Brilliant! Nice work grandson!
Thank you!! Haha! Can’t wait to set up the new tank!
I think you must be my brother from another mother 😂 I’m crazy about endlers… my fav are the jpn blue and yellow cobras!
Hahaha must be!! My favorite are the lime green!
Great advice. My 29 gallon community tank is heating up to almost 80 degrees with the summer heat. Do you think a HOB filter provides enough surface agitation? I'm considering an air stone, but I haven't seen any fish gasping for oxygen at the surface yet...
Thanks for watching. Sounds like your HOB is doing the trick! Airstone definitely doesn’t hurt though.
I have a little shrimp tank next to a window and I noticed the temp was getting up over 80 degrees, so I added a hang on the back, and I started turning the lights off earlier. The lights are led, but they do get a little warm. I think every little thing could help.
Good call! Hope everything goes well!
Should hang that picture on top of the lights mounting bracket to hide it and it would illuminate the picture nicely
I like that idea!
👍🏻👍🏻
Where do you usually get your plants from?
Usually at the Reef Aquarium shop or online at Buce Plant 😎
nicely timed edit after "sturdily..." haha
🤣🤣🤣🤣
How warm do you keep your tanks?
I try my best to keep everything in the 76-78 range.
Must see YT !!! 🧭
