I'd say it's a fade blade. Faper blade looks like a flat fade blade but with the grooves in like a fade blade.

I've just ordered the trimmers for balding and beard trimming/shaping at home when I get lazy as I wasn't spending 2 ton on a set of babyliss. Somebody gotta eventually make aftermarket blades for these. Did you do the lever mod removing the gear everybody seems to be doing.
