My mom has been making this chicken for years. If you ever had Zippy's Korean Chicken this is very similar.
-Chicken (if you use breast or thighs just cut them into bite size pieces)
-flour
-salt & pepper
-oil
Sauce
-shoyu (soy sauce)
-sugar
-garlic, chopped
-green onion
-red pepper flakes (optional)
