    A British animal lover who raised thousands of pounds to rescue a tiger from a bankrupt Greek zoo has flown the tiger half way around the world to a sanctuary in California. Phevos needs veterinary care and the zoo could not look after him properly. Earlier this year another tiger there died of neglect. David Barnes from Peterborough arranged for Phevos to be flown via London, and BBC joined him on the journey. So just what is involved in moving a tiger half way around the world...

    Just the thought of that tiger getting up while the zoo people were pushing it in the cage makes my hair stand !!!

    This is heartbreaking, the tiger shouldn't be in a zoo in the first place, he should out in the wild where he belongs

      yeah, the animals should continue to live in the wild and we human should not interrupt them

      Although zoo’s have helped some endangered species like the San Diego zoo helped the California condor so they can be good but try to avoid roadside zoos and circuses.

    Explain to me how this is different from a movie where a bunch of aliens abducted humans and began doing horrible things with them for "zoo" purposes?
