I made this Jam recipe. I made with 1 cup frozen blueberries. It is so very refreshing and I love the fruity taste. My husband loved this as fruit spread on his pancakes. He loved it!
It lasts me about 5 days. I must share this with you. My husband used the last of the jam I made and I thought to my self, it's ok, I will use the store brought jam. I put a thin layer of the on my bread. It felt as if I was eating sugar syrup, no taste, only sugar 😧.
I usually buy blueberries in summer and freeze them. I always knew that when fruit is cooked it is not healthy any more but there was no choice but now that I know we have this awesome recipe of uncooked jams, I will stick with this. There are so many fruits one can make jams with 😊🌹.

Delicious breakfast. We use sprouts at every meal at this time of year. We know we have four months until we get greens from the garden here in Canada, so the sprouts get us thru until then. Thank you for the great video.

Perfect timing! I cooked up some black caps (and I did add raw sugar) the other day and it didn't gel. I've been trying to decide what to do to thicken it. I don't want to add pectin or have to cook it any more so this is a perfect solution. Thanks so much 🤗

I was very excited about this video. I found some organic black raspberries, had a lemon in the fridge and chia seeds in the cupboard. I MADE THE JAM and what a success. Had a house full of grandkids and they Loved it. I had to make another small container full so I would have some for my morning breakfast toast. I believe I am going to have to start growing some different berries. A big thank you.

I just want to thank you for sharing this. I went to the store yesterday to grab some stuff and I picked up a bag of seeds and frozen berries. I sweetened with a little bit of honey for my kids and they love it! I also read on the package that it can be an egg substitute so I made chocolate chip cookies with them. My husband can't have eggs or dairy so I used vegan butter and the chia seeds and they came out great. Thank you for talking about these. I would have never known about them

This looks amazing Stacy! So simple and I have all the ingredients already! I absolutely LOVE blueberries they’re my favorite fruit. Couldn’t put lemon 🍋 in a lot of stuff unless I made separate dishes, which I did for years, because my husband was allergic. I love this recipe too because you can just make a jar at time. You really are awesome. I love that about your channel. You get people to think creatively about their food. Some folks worry too much about measuring and what goes with what. I’m sure they just don’t wanna be wasteful but just make a small batch, if ya don’t like it...doctor it up till ya do!! LOL Anywhooooo...thanks for all you do. You know I love ya!
