You always reply to your subscriber as a family member as I told you I am at my 19 week twin pregnancy please make a video that normal delivery mei massage kab se start krni chahiye cs mei kb se start krni chahiye sponge bath kse lena h after normal or cs delivery starting days mei kya kya avoid krna chahiye kya diet include kre panjiri kb se start kre which maternity pads are best available in india please make w a video on that .

Better is to consult your gynaecologist rather than asking randomly, as it is safer to know from a doc. Also having good diet and supplements in your pregnancy will eventually give good hair.

I had a c section 4 years ago and scared of belly pooch but thanks to my amma I listened to her instructions and ate food per her guidance within 6 months of delivery I came to my normal weight. I also added some exercises post 3 months of delivery after stitches are healed. My recommendation listening to your amma they know a lot.
