I love how he gives beginners just enough info to figure out what’s going on, but not enough that you don’t have to rewatch and try to figure out how the trick works
I'm far from a magician, but I've seen enough videos to know exactly what's going on. He's using what's called a "double lift" technique, which is basically keeping the ace (and one of the other random cards) almost "stuck" together, so they appear as one card (you can tell by the way he very deliberately flips the aces over). He then takes the card on top (which is the random card on the back of the ace) and places THAT card in the middle of the deck. The final ace has no card attached to it, and he places it below the other 3 aces on top.
Umm. No not really. NOBODY WOULD EVER ACTUALLY handle a single card that way...UNLESS it's a double. Take a deck and turn ONE card over. Turn over one card a few different ways. You would never have any reason to turn over a single card that way. And when you do a double it should look the same way you turned over a single.
@@stevenhoog1 Hold up. You're critiquing my layperson opinion with an apparently professional observation of someone else's technique. What are you after here? got it. The three Ace's are already on top of the deck, Fourth one is the first card on the right, when he puts third card on top he flips the second card from the deck which is already an Ace, then he flips both and first card which is 3 goes at the bottom of the deck followed by other cards and obviously Ace in first 3 cards. Very smooth
What? But he actually does put the ace of clubs all the way down.. how’s the extra cards help with that? I just assumed he put down the extra cards instead of the aces but he shows that at least 2 of the cards put down are indeed aces
@@lucianoarebalo41 Although this is a somewhat well-known trick, I don't feel like completely spoiling it. Therefore, all I'll suggest is to watch more closely and figure out where each card was along the video, or even follow his steps and do it yourself. I think all you need to know for figuring the whole trick out is that it contains one move of sleight of hand. As you locate it, you'll know how the trick was done.
The thing I appreciate about the double lift is that it just seems impossible to pull off so cleanly like that. I have no idea how you can just confidently and perfectly do that every time.

Well from what I understand, you see those 3 random cards behind the ace. When he draws "4 aces", he really doesn't draw the 4 aces. He drew those 3 random card and one ace card (in here the ace of diamond in the left side)which means those aces never moved from the top of the deck and he also places that ace of diamond exactly at the 4th position of the whole deck so when he draws again he can draw the 3 aces already on top of the deck and the 4th ace of diamond which he placed.
Good evening. I am new to Magic to a degree. I watched you to teach the 4 Aces where you had four piles are made. There is a countdown 3 cards to the bottom with then 1 one card on each pile etc . Ending - 4 aces find themselves on top on each pile cards. I need help with patter or scenario. for this effect. Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
Very nice, I use to do It diferently , my version the aces were at the bottom , then they were place on the top and put on the table AND they Will go to the top then tobthe middle and so on
So, for anyone who doesn’t understand, when he lays the cards face down: there’s only one ace that’s actually on the table. The other three aces are still on the top of the deck. The cards he laid down were the additional cards behind the ace.
Alright i got it. Took a few watches. The first card dealt is an ace. The other 3 are burners. He puts one burner on top. Picks up TWO cards that showes an ace. Then buries the top burner and the reat. Then CAREFULY puts the last dealt card 3 deep fro. The top where the aces are stacked
I would do this trick but with four jacks, and would tell a story about them robbing a bank. They parachute from a helicopter and land on the roof, then I continue the story like you did saying one went to the safe, one went to the security system, and the other walks around to make sure no one is there, while the lady stays on the roof
Amazing manipulation. He shows the three other cards behind the aces. When he takes the top card, a non-ace, and lays it down first, when he picks it up... ace of diamonds. ouch. Oh okay ace of diamonds is on top. Thumbs up.
So having the 3 cards in front of the first ace means that he only deals the one ace and the three irrelevant cards. The first three cards on his hand are the three aces and when he picks the first of the four cards, he puts it on the deck and shows the second one from the deck as if its the one he picked up from the four down. Then he puts the irrelevant card in the deck as well as the other two from the one he dealt. The last one he picks he puts it in the fourth place in the deck and having the other three on top of the deck all along does the trick
Why do you do the double lift like that, it looks way more awkward than a traditional double lift in my opinion. Not really judging jUst actually curious?
I still don't get how he did it haha. Ahhh I see it now. But it's soo much precision work, a noob can never pull it off smoothly haha. Too specific of handling hahs
This is obvious. There are 3 additional cards that are not aces which he turns over. The ace that he flips he puts on top of the deck then pretends to move. The other 3 cards are put randomly in the middle of the deck. Duh

Regardless though, I can't even do a double lift seamlessly myself, so its still an impressive trick that requires a lot of practice.
Look at the hands and deck. The aces stay at the top. He puts the additional cards inside the deck.
This is amazing... He tells you how he does the trick... Does it... And we still get amazed!!

I do this trick but I cut the deck at the end. Resulting in them being in the middle together when I can them out
I love he shows you the set up, but none of the moves to pull it off
Too easy
The three cards the secret n double lift
How did you do that?
I saw it, you turned up 2 cards when you turned up the ace of clubs.
How
Amazing manipulation. He shows the three other cards behind the aces. When he takes the top card, a non-ace, and lays it down first, when he picks it up... ace of diamonds. ouch. Oh okay ace of diamonds is on top. Thumbs up.
I have tried a few your still holding back
Figure out something different with the ace of diamonds and you have a good trick
If you watch His right hand close enough he’s not pulling the ace of the top
So having the 3 cards in front of the first ace means that he only deals the one ace and the three irrelevant cards. The first three cards on his hand are the three aces and when he picks the first of the four cards, he puts it on the deck and shows the second one from the deck as if its the one he picked up from the four down. Then he puts the irrelevant card in the deck as well as the other two from the one he dealt. The last one he picks he puts it in the fourth place in the deck and having the other three on top of the deck all along does the trick
When he shows the ace from the deck it is not top card, he holds more.

He has one additional, non ace card (altogether 4)
If you didn't know - he double lifts to show the Ace of clubs
very good. that ace of clubs stumped me.
I actually don't get this one.
Let's just blame it on the reason that it's 3 am and I'm tired...
Посто и вроде не палевно 🙋
The third position should not be an Ace .so there is still slight of hand that he isn't telling
Double lift
It's the double lift I guess?
Even knowing how it works the skill in holding the cards juuuust right at all times is very impressive.
Easy
He flips 2 cards while showing ace of clubs and puts random cards in the middle with 3 decoy cards and obviously the 4 aces are there on top
This is obvious. There are 3 additional cards that are not aces which he turns over. The ace that he flips he puts on top of the deck then pretends to move. The other 3 cards are put randomly in the middle of the deck. Duh
tutorial? maybe?
It's easy
Show them 4 aces but keep extra 3 cards like he said
Now you put those "4aces" (other cards) randomly in the deck. Also includes a double lift for the first Ace.
this is a tutorial
