A 2 drink max is good self-discipline if driving.....followed by me, and all pilot friends.
Obviously, zero drinks is the best policy if driving.
I don't drink and drive... but if I was ever pulled over for DUI (yes it happens to sober people) I would refuse a roadside sobriety test. Any misstep on your part during that test could be used to convict you of DUI even if you were sober (yes it happens). So I don't know... have a lawyer on retainer.
Alcohol, the other fed way to bring u down
Pro tip: don't mix alcohol and automobiles, and this will never be an issue for you.
I have two that are over 20 years old. It's been about 5 months. The FAA still hasn't given me an answer. No I don't have a pilot's license. I'm trying for it
@@adg9313 It's been over a year since I started the journey. I have one last thing to do. Don't know why but the FAA wants me to see a psychologist. This could cost me anywhere from 600 to 1,600. So far I did all the paperwork myself without a lawyer's help. Just waiting on the FAA to send all my records to this psychologist and there's only one in the state
It's been a little over a year. They had me see which is just stupid a psychologist over it. It cost $800 and some dollars. Today I paid the bill. They sent it out in the mail. They said it will take the FAA 4 months before I hear anything, I assume it's going to be you're okay to fly
🤣🤣🤣🤣 ok
Road side test or field sobreity aren’t required by state law where doing this will only serve to further incriminate you. Submitting your blood, breath or urine is required. The guidance here is suspect at best.
